How to open your own pub? How to open a beer bar from scratch: what you need and how much it costs

The Village begins to talk about how to open a project that is in demand, useful or not yet known in Moscow. In the first issue - a craft bar. We have compiled instructions for those who are going to open another craft beer pub, and learned from one of the city's most successful bartenders the features of this business.

In the two years of their existence in the capital, these pubs have turned from outlandish places for beer geeks into an incredibly popular way to earn money, with at least a dozen establishments opening every month. The reason - in a fairly simple entry into the market. Such pubs do not need a license, they can spend about a million rubles to launch and recoup the costs in six months or a year.

Advantage

You can open your own establishment without an alcohol license and kitchen expenses

Andrey Lipa

co-founder of the bar "Pine and Linden"

First, I started writing about craft beer on my blog on Instagram, and last fall I opened the Sosna i Lipa pub on Pokrovka with my partner Sanchir Badakov. Despite a very modest area, the institution attracts crowds of beer lovers. This summer, the queue for a glass of ale stood outside. Lipa connects her success with the friendly atmosphere that she managed to create in the institution.

Instruction

What you need to do to open a craft bar

Step 1. Register a company and choose a tax regime

You can become individual entrepreneur, if you are going to work alone, or register an LLC if you want to do business with partners. To register an individual entrepreneur, you need a passport, an application in the form P21001 and 800 rubles. In the case of an LLC, you will need to pay 4 thousand rubles, bring to the Tax Application, the charter, the decision to establish (if the founder is one) or the agreement on the establishment and minutes of the meeting (if there are several founders); template of a letter of guarantee from the owner of the rented premises. The firm will also need an accountant.

When choosing a tax scheme, you can pay attention to special tax regimes for small companies: a simplified taxation system (USN), UTII and a patent. Bars, as a rule, are more profitable to apply the simplified tax system “Income minus expenses”.

Reporting is submitted only once a year, but the tax will have to be paid quarterly: in Moscow, its rate is 15%, and in St. Petersburg - 7%. It is important not to forget to submit a notification for the application of the simplified tax system within 30 days after the registration of the company. Small institutions can buy an annual patent for work, with which they do not need to submit reports at all. But sometimes it is quite expensive. For example, in the center of Moscow you will have to pay 360 thousand rubles, and in St. Petersburg - 102 thousand rubles. Ten days before the start of applying the patent, you must submit a notification to the Tax Office at the address of the bar. The bar could also pay UTII, but this is not possible in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Andrey Lipa:“It was easy for us - my family had an LLC, which was registered at the end of 2009. Since July 2010, it has not conducted any financial activity. At the same time, until the beginning of 2015, the accountant regularly sent zero reports to the Tax Office. So we just took this LLC. As for the tax regime, we have it simplified. Although I see UTII as the optimal solution in our case.

Step 2. Find a room

Having started in the Tverskaya area, the fashion for craft bars is now capturing more and more new territories. At the same time, the location of the premises is one of the key success factors. The place should not be too far from the metro, but not in plain sight, so as not to attract a lot random people. Rental costs are one of the main expenses of the bar - the rental rate for the center of the capital is about 50 thousand rubles per square meter per year.

Andrey Lipa: “First you need to decide who the bar will be for. Based on this, it is worth choosing a room. Relatively speaking, if the goal is a local bar in a residential area, then you need to look for a large room (you will need a kitchen) five to seven minutes from the metro. If the goal is to open a bar for young people of creative professions, then it must be a place not far from the main and proven “places of power”. Our experience shows that walking distance and room size are not very important.”

average price per sq. m:

Step 3. Buy equipment

The purchase of equipment for a bar with ten taps will require approximately 100 thousand rubles. Among the necessary things - a CO 2 cylinder for supplying carbon dioxide to the “beer pipeline”, a regulator for adjusting the supply of pressure from the cylinder, a cold store or cooler for beer, pouring heads for each keg, taps for pouring beer, as well as accessories for fasteners and connectors, hoses, clamps, tees and drip collectors. It is also necessary to acquire a cash register (15-20 thousand rubles), conclude an agreement for its maintenance and register it with the Tax Office.

Andrey Lipa: “It's not very difficult here. There are enough companies on the market that sell equipment. The best solution is callrum. But in such a small room as ours, for example, there is nowhere to put it. So we had to install coolers. And this forces us not to create product surpluses: we simply do not have suitable conditions for long-term storage of beer kegs. We solve this problem with a small number of taps, which allows us to spill kegs fairly quickly and rotate the available varieties frequently. In general, I think that the future belongs to bars with a small but carefully selected set of taps.

Step 4. Negotiate with suppliers

The number of craft brewers is growing almost as fast as the number of pubs. As a rule, these are beer enthusiasts who have studied the history and technology of brewing, and also agreed with a local brewery to brew beer with the desired characteristics from certain raw materials. There are those who brew beer in artisanal conditions - their products behave quite unpredictably. Among those companies that have managed to achieve a stable quality of beer, market participants name Saldens from Tula, Bakunin Brewery from St. Petersburg, AF Brew and Moscow's Victory Art Brew.

Andrey Lipa: “There shouldn't be any problems here either. All Russian breweries are known and open to cooperation. Distributors are easy to recognize by the counter-labels on beer bottles - their name is always indicated there.

Step 5. Hire employees

The peculiarity of craft bars is that the owner, as a rule, stands behind the counter himself - this allows you to create a sincere atmosphere and save on the wage fund. But you still have to hire a couple of assistants.

Andrey Lipa: “We are looking for employees among familiar and pleasant people who understand beer at a high level. So, from the very beginning it was Vanya Skorokhodov - wonderful person and a big connoisseur of beer. After he left, we started working with Stefan Lukyanenko - he was one of the first to come to our bar, he is well versed in beer (and is well versed in coffee). In addition, he is a good friend of the guys from the Black cooperative and knew almost all the current best friends of our bar. So everyone was glad to see him at the counter. We can say that we adhere to an approach in which the employee should be, first of all, a friend to us. It takes relationships to a whole new level.”

In this article, we have compiled a detailed business plan for a beer bar with calculations.

State and development of the market

The Russian beer market is constantly in stressful condition. Since 2000, laws have been adopted one after another aimed at reducing the consumption of alcoholic beverages by citizens of our country. However, the paradox is that, according to independent experts, since the same year 2000, Russians began to consume 5 times more beer. In order not to paint a sad picture of mass alcoholism, let us explain what kind of beer we are talking about.

Over the past 15 years, thanks to the policy of the state and the development of small and medium-sized alcohol businesses, a European approach to the use of a foamy drink has managed to form in Russia. It consists in the fact that instead of a bench in the park with a bottle, a person will choose a pub bar stool with a glass and a good snack. For example, in England, Belgium, Austria, more than 60% of all beer is drunk in specialized institutions. We have not reached this indicator yet, but we are already close. Thus, the market of Russian beer bars annually grows by 17-18%, competing in the championship with fast food.

Factors influencing the growth of the beer bar segment

  • Restrictions on street trading beer, including draft "live" beer in stalls
  • Restriction on the sale of beer and other alcoholic beverages after 21:00 in shops, super- and hypermarkets
  • Complicating the procedure for obtaining a license to sell alcohol
  • The ban on drinking beer in public places, including parks, squares, squares, courtyards

This is the case when a number of legislative measures allowed the restaurant business to outperform the retail one and get good development prospects. If we compare even two remotely similar concepts - a draft beer store and a bar (or pub), then the second one will have an advantage, even if it requires large investments. The store will make revenue during the daytime and in the evening until 21:00, and the bar - during the day, and in the evening, and at night, and even in the morning. Especially if he thinks over offers for early visitors.

It is interesting that today regional entrepreneurs have chances to receive high profits. It is possible and necessary to open a bar / pub outside of Moscow and St. Petersburg. And that's why.

- The consumer chooses "live". More than 50% of the bottled beer market is represented by transnational corporations, which were able to subdue domestic breweries as well. It's hard to fight them. It is better to offer the consumer an alternative in the form of freshly brewed "live" beer - he has already got used to it and tasted the taste. The endless stream of information about the dangers of bottled beer and, if not the benefits, then at least the harmlessness (with limited use) of “live” beer for bottling also plays into the hands.

— The consumer chooses local. The shelf life of real freshly brewed beer does not exceed 15 days. The federal manufacturer, taking into account the time for the production, delivery and sale of the product, will not invest in this framework.

— The consumer chooses private. The term “craft beer” is heard more and more often in the beer market. In general, it means beer brewed in a small private brewery according to a specific recipe. The recipe can be traditional and even old or author's. In any case, this beer has its own individual rich taste, branded for a particular place.

Where to begin? Format selection

  1. Beer restaurant

The most expensive format A pub differs from a classic restaurant by a large bar list, where beer of its own production has a share of at least 30%. A variety of bottled beers from Europe or America are added to the local one. The menu includes a full set of dishes from first courses to beer snacks. The focus is on meat and seafood.

  1. Pub with national flavor

English pub, Belgian, Austrian, German bar - the color of any country where beer is held in high esteem, can be used for the style and menu of your establishment. However, it is important to be here, not to seem. It is not enough to call a pub English, hang portraits of Holmes on the walls, and red-checked curtains on the windows. Authenticity cannot be achieved without immersion in culture. You need to know what varieties are preferred in England (Belgium, Germany), what dishes are served with beer, what is interesting in the design, what attracts visitors: broadcasting games, watching movies, a local rock band. For the image of a pub, it is also recommended to equip it with a brewery.

  1. Beer pub

The most budget format without pretensions. This does not mean that a modern pub will look like a pub from the 90s. With an intelligent owner, it will turn out cozy and even original. It's just that the format itself doesn't set limits. In a beer bar, it is appropriate to broadcast sports and organize concerts, hold beer festivals and combine pizza, sushi and snacks on the menu. Here more space for maneuvers. A beer bar purchases draft beer from a supplier.

Among the beer formats are also known: discounters, traditional Soviet-style pubs, steakhouses with a beer card, etc.

For an approximate calculation of investments, the specialists of the company " MAPLE» took the format of a bar with an area of 160 m² for 30 seats.

Concept

With the help of the concept, which is a multi-page document, you can see and evaluate what the future institution will be like. A concept is an instruction, following which, step by step, you enter the market and open a business according to your idea.

The concept answers the following questions

  • Positioning - format, cuisine, location
  • Target audience - gender, age, occupation, solvency
  • Name, legend of creation
  • Unique selling proposition - how your establishment differs from the rest
  • Menu project - composition and design
  • Price - pricing policy
  • Quality - selection of suppliers, evaluation of product quality
  • Design - interior and facade design project with visualization
  • Design - architectural solution, finishing and design work, technological and engineering design
  • Equipment - selection of equipment, furniture, utensils
  • Management structure, staffing
  • Marketing - pre-opening programs, customer acquisition and retention programs, loyalty programs, development of additional services (banquets, delivery, etc.)
  • Prospects for development - expansion to a network, creating your own brand, opening your own outlets

This document shows what expenses await the future owner of the pub and gives forecasts for the payback, profitability and profitability of the project.

  1. Consulting

Restaurant consulting is a service provided by a team of hospitality industry experts. Most of the work on the opening of the establishment is undertaken by professionals: they conduct marketing research, develop a concept, draw up a business plan, collaborate with designers, select and train staff, develop menus and advertising programs.

Why is consulting needed? Entering the crisis market without the so-called strong leverage is unreasonable. Especially if the project is the first one. It is more correct to pay for a service than to get a loss-making business, relying only on yourself.

The cost of the work of experts starts from 100,000 rubles.

  1. room

Renting a room for a beer bar in the Moscow region will cost 1,600,000 rubles. in year. It turns out 10,000 per m². Approximately the same price can be applied to the central streets of provincial cities. It all depends on the population, the infrastructure of the area, the status of the premises. In very small towns, the price per square is only 3,000 rubles.

The cost of repair and decoration is significantly reduced when choosing a profile room, where there used to be a restaurant or shop. Cosmetic work starts from the amount of 1,500 rubles. per m². Capital finishing costs already 7 000 r. Total for repairs comes from 240,000 rubles. up to 1,120,000 rubles

Mandatory design of the facility

– Engineering design, consisting of an architectural design (AR), a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), water supply and sewerage (VK), power supply (EOM) project. Full complex for a bar 160 m² - 116,800 rubles. Works separately: AR - 44,800 rubles, EOM - 24,000 rubles, HVAC - 27,200 rubles, VK - 20,800 rubles.

– Technological design, including the selection of equipment, the scheme of its optimal placement, the plan for linking equipment to engineering networks. The cost of work for an object over 100 m² - 200 rubles. per m², that is, 32,000 rubles. When ordering equipment from the company " MAPLE» technological design is free of charge.

The initial cost of the premises, excluding rent, is 388,800 rubles.

  1. Design and corporate identity

Development of a design project is a whole range of services: development of a design concept, 3D visualization, selection of materials, furniture and decor, design of facades of buildings and the surrounding area, architectural supervision. The cost of the design project is calculated at the rate of 1,200 rubles. per m². Full interior design - 192,000 rubles. Facade design - 350 rubles. per m² and 56,000 rubles. respectively.

Creating a corporate identity for an institution is essential for its individual image and detuning from competitors. The concept of corporate identity implies the development of a logo, character, corporate font and color, as well as writing a guide for using corporate images. Cost - from 50 000 rubles. for the base level.

If you decide to brew beer yourself and organize a mini-brewery at the pub, you must add at least another $20,000 to this amount. Prices for small breweries for HoReCa with a capacity of 300 liters per cycle start from this figure. Equipment for breweries in Russia is offered by both domestic and European manufacturers. In the ranking of the best in the first place are the Germans, then the British, Austrians, Belgians and Czechs.

With or without a brewery, beer must be bottled. To do this, a beer bottling system is installed on the bar counter. A set of equipment costs from 135,000 rubles.

To control the bottling of the drink, optimize the work of the kitchen and the hall, in particular - to quickly fulfill orders, and, of course, to avoid theft, the pub is equipped with an automation system. For example, the company MAPLE» installs IIKO systems from 62,990 rubles.

  2. You pay 15% on the difference between income and expenses.

Under the simplified tax system, VAT and corporate income tax are not paid.

Profitability and payback

For beer restaurants, pubs, bars, the maximum payback period is 2-2.5 years. This time is enough for a well-thought-out institution, even taking into account the high competition in the segment. If during the specified payback period did not occur, then:

  • The location does not match the concept
  • There is theft from the staff
  • No USP
  • Poor management

The markup on beer, meals and beer snacks reaches 1000%. This is one of the highest rates in HoReCa. It is the margin in beer establishments that forms the lion's share of revenue.

The average check ranges from 250 to 1500 rubles.

Do you want to open a beer bar, restaurant or pub? Company " MAPLE has already prepared interesting business proposals for you. We will help you to competently enter the market and become successful. More than 1,200 open projects throughout Russia - proof of professionalism.

Important: Remember that you can write a business plan for your business on your own. To do this, read the articles:

In order to understand the wilds of the restaurant and hotel business in Ukraine, let's start with a small historical background. The first commercial restaurants, cafes and bars appeared in Ukraine only in 1994. Nevertheless, over the past 13 years, stratification has taken place in the country and a hierarchical ladder of relations in the field of this business has developed, into which it is not so easy for an outsider to wedge. Therefore, before making your dream of opening a pub a reality, you need to think carefully about whether you have enough strength and perseverance.

Vyacheslav Sivolapenko, owner of To Dublin Irish Murphy‘s pub, shared his experience in opening his own restaurant.

The idea of creating your own institution must be approached with confidence. It is desirable to have experience, tenacious grip and good friends. It will take a lot of time and daily work to open a pub, but the result will exceed all expectations.

Why an Irish pub?

The answer to this question is dictated by the market. Firstly, there are not so many Irish pubs in Ukraine. Second, people are increasingly inheriting world culture and prefer not to huddle in cramped kitchens, but to spend their evenings in bars, pubs and other places. Thirdly, the pub does not require constant updating of interiors, therefore, there will be no additional costs. The pub is for the ages. The older the walls and furniture of the establishment, the more prestigious it is considered. Putting all these aspects together, you get the key to success. The Irish pub is much more likely to squeeze into the twisted schemes of the restaurant and hotel business in Ukraine.

Where to place?

The question of choosing a place should be decided carefully and with a great deal of imagination. You can find enough advice on the Internet: how to count the number of people (or cars) passing (passing) during the day past a chosen place - all this, of course, is correct. The main thing is not this. Decide where you want to open a pub: in the city center or in a residential area. In the first case, you will face an incredible number of competitors, exorbitant prices for rental space and constant traffic jams. In a residential area, it will certainly be easier. The basement or first floor, preferably of a non-residential building with good access for cars and a large parking lot, is suitable for the premises. For example, you can combine two rooms, reschedule them into one room. A real businessman will determine at a glance where the wardrobe, bar counter, tables will be. When calculating, it is necessary to divide the area into the production part and the hall itself. Ideally, the floor area for a pub is 450-1000 m2. Naturally, this area is influenced by the conceptual direction of the institution.

Buy or rent?

Experts definitely advise to buy. The pub is a long term business. When calculating a business plan, renting is associated with great risks. The situation on the market is such that the price per square meter is constantly growing. For this reason, landlords do not lag behind sellers by adding zeros to contracts. If the money is invested, and the institution is working, then it is already difficult to move out, and the constant increase in prices on the menu will scare away visitors. In addition, the credit programs of banks are becoming more and more loyal to entrepreneurs. So you can take a loan even for 35 years. With the normal functioning and expansion of the business, you can pay it off quickly. And the return on invested capital can really be obtained in 3-4 years.

Regarding the calculation of the required capital, no one will dare to say for sure. But, according to our expert, you definitely cannot open a pub in Kyiv for $150,000.

What to do with design?

You can contact global trademarks, beer makers like Guinness, Murphy's, etc. These companies license pubs around the world, providing them with their own design projects. After concluding a contract with them, you need to send a plan of the existing premises to the company's office. Back you get proposals for planning and design. The procedure for approving the plan and obtaining a license is usually delayed for a year, sometimes longer. For this reason, there is an option to start renovation work even before full approval. The step is risky, but remember the "golden rule of business": the faster the business starts, the faster the money returns.

Indeed, working with global brands brings business to the highest level. After all, everything in a pub must meet the standard. Therefore, during preparatory work not to do without participation of the architect and the designer. This is where everyone excels as best they can.

The idea must be implemented to the end. If the Irish style was conceived, then do not save! Think over everything to the smallest detail: furniture, dishes and other interior items can be ordered abroad, for example, in Ireland. In fact, imported furniture will not be cheap, but it will last longer. The idea is worth it: in a pub where everything - from books to tables - is Irish production, there is a truly delightful atmosphere.

How to open a beer bar from scratch: what do you need and how much does it cost? Let's consider this question from all sides.

  • Market analysis
  • Institution format
  • room
  • Interior and equipment
  • Staff
  • Suppliers
  • Advertising
  • Business plan

Market analysis

You need to figure out in advance how exactly your institution will attract customers to itself, choose a city area relatively free from competitors. Be sure to consider the format of the institution - whether it will be an affordable sports bar or an elite brasserie. This depends on the volume initial investment, room requirements, etc.

The advantages and disadvantages of beer bars as a business are quite obvious. The advantages include the absence of the need for a license, as well as good prospects. In the last 10 years, the volume of consumption of this foamy drink by the population has grown one and a half times, and today the majority prefers to drink it in specialized establishments, and not at home.

However, legislation that tries to fight the level of alcohol consumption is constantly increasing the requirements for drinking establishments, so it may be much more difficult to run this business in the future. Also among the shortcomings should be attributed to the high level of competition in the region.

According to experts, organizing your own beer bar is certainly not an easy task, but at the same time it is very exciting. The average profitability fluctuates around 45%, and it pays off in about 1.5 years, which makes this business idea especially attractive for beginners.

Institution format

Existing establishment formats should be considered. All have their pros and cons.

  1. Beer restaurant - from the features: the richest assortment of foamy drinks, more modest - wine, vodka and other alcohol. In addition, guests are also offered delicious cuisine, stylish interior and service at the highest level. Of the optional additions - hookah, video games, karaoke, children's rooms, etc., depending on the format of the institution. The required investment is high. Audience - couples, wealthy clients, students, depending on the format of the institution.
  2. Pub - Needs to be styled to look like a classic Irish or British style. The interior should be dominated by wood and accessories. An almost indispensable attribute of such establishments is the presence in the menu of foamy drinks from England, the Czech Republic and, if possible, craft developments. In addition, one or more sports games, such as darts or billiards, must be installed. The menu should offer meat starters, traditional English and Irish dishes. Required investments are average. Audience - connoisseurs of beer, office workers, students.
  3. Sports bar - a constant broadcast of various sports on one or more screens. It is important to place them in such a way that they are visible from any place in the hall. Given the target audience, the interior is best kept simple, as it will have very serious loads and tests. The menu will be enough for 3-5 beers, as well as the simplest snacks, such as chips or crackers. Required investments are average. The audience is sports fans, students.
  4. Summer tent - is seasonal, but it can also bring considerable income. The range of summer tents has a limited number of beers, but they are open until late. Also, the tents do not have their own kitchen, so the menu contains only purchased snacks, the maximum is heated semi-finished products. To succeed, you will need to make the cafe as cozy and presentable as possible, while trying not to incur large expenses. Required investment is low. The audience is unlimited.

Main regulatory documents and registration

Among the main ones:

  • government decree on quality criteria and the procedure for the operation of catering services;
  • GOST, which regulates the types of services of such establishments;
  • OKVED classifier;
  • accounting methodology that regulates the process of accounting for goods and raw materials;
  • album of forms, which includes a special form of primary documentation.

Even if all the requirements are met, the establishment will not be entitled to sell drinks to take away - this will require opening a separate beer store.

To register, please contact tax service to obtain the status of an individual entrepreneur or JSC. The first option is preferable if you plan to do business alone. The form of taxation is USN. Important: beer is not a strong alcoholic drink, so the bar does not require an additional license.

The institution will have to pass an inspection by the fire service and SES, and then receive the relevant documents. You also need to buy a cash register and conclude a contract for its maintenance. The total cost of registration is about 15-20 thousand rubles.

room

The location of the bar must be chosen as carefully as possible, as it has a huge impact on attendance and, as a result, profit. It is good if there is a metro station or a bus stop nearby.

When choosing a place to install a mobile tent, it is recommended to prefer central regions cities. The second option is train stations. A good option may be to set up a tent in densely populated sleeping areas. At the same time, you need to make sure that there are no competitors nearby, as this will negatively affect attendance.

In any case, you should not locate your establishment on the lower floors of residential buildings, as it will constantly annoy the residents of the upper floors with noise, which will result in a whole stream of complaints. You will either have to equip high-quality sound insulation, or prefer separate buildings.

As for the area the best option will be 120-150 square meters. True, only if you do not plan to cook on the spot. If we are talking about a full-fledged beer restaurant, you will have to double this parameter. All main communications and heating must be connected in the room. Equally important is good ventilation.

An additional advantage will be the arrangement of a small summer playground. The arrangement of the adjacent territory is obligatory - it must be beautiful and always clean.

Interior and equipment

The concept and style of the institution should be traced immediately - very often the successful or not too good decoration of the premises became the key to the success of the business. When choosing a design, you should start from the format and potential clientele.

The decoration of the bar should be not only stylish, but also practical - all materials should tolerate contact with detergents well. On the walls there should be one or another paraphernalia. Given the variety of drinking establishments, you should attract customers with something unusual and memorable. A good option would be to hire an experienced designer who will develop step by step instructions, but his services are usually not cheap.

The business plan should include all expenses for furniture (including tables and stools) and various equipment. It’s not worth saving on it - no one likes to sit on the cheapest plastic chairs. Alternatively, you can order everything from reliable craftsmen who will perform work on an individual project.

In addition to the many tables and chairs, you will need to buy a few hangers. All furniture in the interior should be matched to match the overall design. The cost of arranging a hall of 130 square meters will cost about 700 thousand rubles.

No pub can do without branded mugs, glasses and plates. The bartender will need appropriate equipment to work, including a microwave, kegs, display cases and refrigerators.

Many often forget about little things like accessories, textiles and bathroom equipment. Meanwhile, the cost of them can reach 100 thousand rubles. The total cost will be more than 2 million rubles.

Staff

Beer bars are most often open until midnight or even later, so a minimum of two shifts of staff will be required. The main required employees: bartenders, waiters, dishwashers and security guards.

You will also need a hall administrator, but on early stages business, the management of the enterprise itself will also cope with the role. It will also take care of the financial side of the issue. In the future, this will require hiring a qualified accountant.

Suppliers

As practice shows, the wider the range of drinks and dishes on the menu, the wider the range of visitors attracts the establishment. To organize the supply of food and beer, you will need to conclude contracts with direct suppliers.

A good option would be to conclude an agreement with the brewery, which will not only provide the drink itself, but also branded paraphernalia, which can then be used for decoration or work. On average, monthly deliveries of beer and snacks will require the amount of about 250 thousand rubles to be set aside, which must be included in the planning in advance.

It includes the distribution of flyers and leaflets, but the network promotion of the institution can bring a much greater result. Pages in in social networks with a description of the bar, its promotions and special offers can attract a lot of customers.

Alternatively, consider contacting one of the advertising agencies and outsourcing tasks to professionals. The main disadvantage of this method is the rather high cost of services.
