Games People Play
Psychology of human relationships

Preface

This book was originally intended as a continuation of my work Transactional Analysis in Psychotherapy, but I hope that it can still be read and understood without being familiar with the previous publication. The first part outlines the theory needed to analyze and understand games. Part two contains descriptions of the games. The third part presents new clinical and theoretical material that expands our understanding of what it means to be free from games. Those interested in more detailed information can refer to the above work. The reader of both books will notice that, in addition to new theoretical information, terminology and perspective have changed somewhat as a result of further thought, reading, and new clinical material.

Students and listeners of my lectures often asked me to dictate a list of games or to consider in more detail those games that were mentioned in the lectures as examples. This convinced me of the need to write this book. I thank all the students and all the listeners, especially those who drew my attention and helped to highlight and name new games.

For the sake of brevity, games are described primarily from a male point of view, unless they are specifically female. Thus, the main player is referred to as "he", but I do not put any prejudice into this, since the same situation can be applied to "her", unless a special clause is made. If female role differs significantly from the male one, it is described separately. In the same way, I usually call a psychotherapist “he” without any second thoughts. The terminology and method of presentation are aimed primarily at the prepared reader, but I hope that everyone will find the book interesting and useful.

Transactional analysis of games should be distinguished from its growing scientific “brother” - mathematical analysis games, although some of the terms used below, such as “winning,” are also recognized by mathematicians.

Introduction
Communication process

The theory of communication between people, discussed in some detail in “Transactional Analysis,” can be briefly reduced to the following provisions.

It has been established that infants deprived of physical contact with people for a long time deteriorate irreversibly and eventually die from one or another incurable disease.

In essence, this means that the phenomenon that experts call emotional deprivation, may have fatal outcome. These observations led to the idea of sensory hunger and confirmed that the best cures for sensory deficits are different types touching, stroking, etc. Which, however, is known to almost all parents from their own everyday interactions with babies.

A similar phenomenon is observed in adults subjected to sensory deprivation. It has been experimentally proven that such deprivation can cause short-term mental disorder or at least cause temporary mental disturbances. In the past, social and sensory deprivation occurred primarily in prisoners sentenced to long periods of solitary confinement. Indeed, solitary confinement is the most severe punishment, feared even by hardened and physically violent criminals.

It is possible that, physiologically, emotional and sensory deprivation causes or intensifies organic changes. If the brain's reticular activating system does not receive sufficient stimulation, degenerative changes in nerve cells may follow. It could also be side effect malnutrition, but poor nutrition itself may be a consequence of apathy. It’s as if a baby is falling into senile insanity. Thus, it can be assumed that there is a direct path from emotional and sensory deprivation - through apathy and degenerative changes - to death. In this sense, sensory starvation can be a matter of life and death for a person in the same way as depriving him of food.

Indeed, not only biologically, but also psychologically and socially, sensory starvation is in many respects similar to ordinary hunger. Terms such as "undernourishment", "satiation", "gourmet", "picky eater", "ascetic", "culinary arts" and " good cook", can easily be transferred from the sphere of saturation to the sphere of sensations. Overeating is essentially the same thing as overstimulation. In both cases, when normal conditions a person has at his disposal sufficient supplies and opportunities to make varied menu; the choice is determined by personal taste. It is possible that our tastes are based on certain characteristics of our body, but this has nothing to do with the problems considered here.

A social psychologist who studies communication problems is interested in what happens to a child as he grows up and naturally moves away from his mother. Everything that science can say on this subject can be reduced to “ folk wisdom": "If you don't get patted on the head, your spinal cord dries out." After a short period of intimacy with the mother, for the rest of his life the individual must wander between two fires, trying to comprehend the paths that Fate and the instinct of self-preservation lead him. On the one hand, he will constantly be faced with social, psychological and biological forces, factors that do not allow him to continue the previous relationships that were so attractive in infancy; on the other hand, to constantly strive for lost intimacy. More often than not, he will have to compromise. You will have to learn to deal with subtle, sometimes only symbolic forms of physical intimacy: a handshake, sometimes just a polite bow - although the innate desire for physical contact will never disappear.

The process of reaching a compromise can be called by different names, for example sublimation, but, no matter what you call it, ultimately, infant sensory hunger transforms into need for recognition. The further a person moves through the indirect path of compromise, the more individual his requests for recognition are, and it is these differences in requests that lead to a variety of types of social communication and ultimately determine the fate of the individual. A film actor may need hundreds of “strokes” every week from anonymous and indifferent fans to keep his “spinal cord from drying out,” while a scientist only needs one stroke a year from a respected and authoritative colleague.

"Stroking" can be used as a general term for physical contact; in practice it can acquire various forms. Some literally stroke the child, others hug or pat him, and finally, others playfully spank or pinch him. And something similar happens in conversations between adults, so you can probably predict how a person will caress a child if you listen to how he speaks. In a broader sense, "stroking" can refer to any act of acknowledging the presence of another person. Thus, stroking can be considered a unit of measurement of social action. The exchange of strokes amounts to transaction being a unit of social communication.

According to game theory, the following principle can be formulated: any social communication is preferable to no communication. Experiments on rats confirmed this; the presence of contact had a beneficial effect not only on the physical, mental and emotional state rats, but also on their biochemical parameters, up to the degree of resistance of the body to leukemia. The experiments led to a striking conclusion: gentle stroking and painful electric shock have equally beneficial effects on the health of animals.

Having expressed these preliminary remarks, we can confidently move on to the next section.

Organizing time

Simply put, what do people do after exchanging greetings? And it doesn’t matter whether it’s a casual “hello!” or an oriental welcome ceremony that can last for many hours. After sensory hunger and “recognition fasting” comes the turn of hunger for ordering. The eternal question of a teenager: “So what will I tell him/her then?” And most adults feel out of place when communication is suddenly interrupted, awkward pause, period disordered a time when no one present finds anything more interesting than to remark: “Don’t you think the walls are perpendicular tonight?” The eternal problem of man is how to organize his waking hours. From the point of view of Eternity, our faulty social life justified if only because it helps us cope with this together.

When we begin to solve the problem of organizing time, we are, in a sense, doing programming. There are three main types of programs: material, social and individual. The simplest, most familiar, common and convenient way to organize time is to do something real, simply put, work. In this case, however, we will have to use the term “activity”, since in general theory social psychology Social communication is considered to be a type of work.

Material program turns on every time a person encounters any real obstacles; it interests us only in the sense that it creates the basis for “stroking”, recognition and other, more complex forms of social communication. The material program itself does not solve social problems; in essence, it is designed to process the information we have. In order to build a ship, you need to make a lot of measurements and calculations and build on their results - unless, of course, you seriously want to complete the construction, and not just communicate with your own kind, pretending to be at work.

The result of the action social program is ritual or almost ritual communication. Its main criterion is acceptability at the local level, compliance with what in a given society is commonly called “ good manners" In all countries of the world, parents teach their children manners, that is, they teach them how to greet correctly, eat properly, use the toilet, look after girls, observe mourning, and also the ability to conduct a conversation in a moderately persistent and moderately friendly manner. This ability to maintain a level of persistence or goodwill is the essence of tact or diplomacy; Some of these techniques are universal, others only work in a given area. For example, burping while eating or inquiring about the health of the wife of a dining companion is approved or prohibited by local traditions; By the way, a stable feedback relationship is observed everywhere between these two behavior patterns. Usually, where it is customary to burp while eating, you will not be asked how your wife is, and, conversely, where you are asked how your wife is, burping is not recommended. Usually formal rituals are preceded by semi-ritual conversations on certain topics; we will call them entertainment or a pleasant pastime.

As people get to know each other better, it begins to work individual program, which can lead to "incidents". At first glance, such incidents appear to be random (and may be described as such by those present), but careful examination reveals that they follow certain patterns that can be classified, and that the sequence of events is carried out according to unspoken rules and instructions. While friendly or hostile relationship develop according to generally accepted norms, these instructions and rules remain hidden, but as soon as an illegal act is committed, they immediately appear - just like on a sports field, where violation of the rules is indicated by a whistle or a shout of “Offside!” A sequence of actions subject to individual rather than social programs, in order to distinguish them from pastimes, we will call them games. Family life, relationships between spouses, activities in various organizations - all this can take place year after year in variations of the same game.

Statement that public life is mostly developed in the form of a game, does not mean that it is “fun” or that the participants do not take it seriously. On the one hand, even football and others sport games may not be funny at all, and the players themselves may be extremely serious and gloomy, and gambling can take players very far, even to a fatal outcome. On the other hand, some authors, such as Huizinga, include in the category of “games” such dark rituals as cannibal feasts. Therefore, calling tragic behaviors such as suicide, drug or alcohol addiction, crime, or schizophrenia “games” does not mean being irresponsible, playful, or barbaric. The main thing that distinguishes games from other types human activity, is not the falsity of emotions, but the fact that their manifestation is subject to rules. This becomes obvious in cases where illegal expression of emotions is accompanied by punishment. Games can be dark and even deadly, but social sanctions only follow when the rules are broken.

Fun and games are a substitute real life and real intimacy. Therefore, they can be considered as preliminary negotiations, and not as a concluded alliance, which makes them especially poignant. True intimacy begins when individual (usually instinctive) programming comes to the fore, and social patterns and hidden restrictions and motives recede. Only true intimacy can satisfy sensory, “recognition” and “ordering” hunger. The prototype of such intimacy is sexual intercourse.

Order hunger is no less important for survival than sensory hunger. Feelings of sensory and “cognitive” hunger are associated with the need to avoid sensory and emotional deprivation, which, in turn, lead to biological degeneration. The hunger for order stems from the need to avoid boredom, and Kierkegaard pointed to the disasters that disordered time leads to. If boredom persists, it will act in exactly the same way as emotional hunger and can have the same consequences.

An individual, isolated from society, can organize his time in two ways: through activity or through fantasy. Any school teacher knows that an individual can feel lonely even in the presence of other people. When a single person becomes a member of a group of two or more people, different ways organizing time. In order of increasing complexity, these are: 1) rituals, 2) entertainment, 3) games, 4) intimacy, and 5) activities that can serve as the basis for all the others. The goal of any participant is to obtain as much satisfaction as possible from transactions with other participants. The more contact the participant, the more satisfaction he receives. Much of the programming of social activities is automatic. Since the word "satisfaction" in its ordinary sense is difficult to apply to some of the results of this programming, such as self-destruction, it is better to use the terms "gain" or "reward."

Gains from social contact are associated with maintaining physical and mental balance. It can manifest itself in releasing tension, eliminating psychologically dangerous situations, acquiring “strokes” and maintaining the achieved balance. Physiologists, psychologists and psychoanalysts have studied all these problems in sufficient detail. If translated into terms social psychiatry, we get:

1) primary internal reward,

2) primary external reward,

3) secondary remuneration,

4) existential reward.

The first three are analogous to the “benefits of illness” detailed by Freud. Experience shows that it is more fruitful and useful to view social transactions in terms of the rewards acquired rather than as actions. defense mechanism. Firstly, The best way protection - not to participate in transactions at all; secondly, the concept of “protection” explains only the first two types of rewards, and rewards of the third and fourth types are not considered.

Regardless of whether they are manifestations of activity or not, the most rewarding forms of social contact are play and intimacy. Long-term intimacy is rare and is an entirely private affair. Meaningful social contacts usually take the form of games and in this sense are the subject of our study.

Part 1
Game Analysis
Chapter 1
Structural analysis

Observations of spontaneous social activity, most productive in specially selected psychotherapeutic groups, show that from time to time people noticeably change their posture, voice, vocabulary and other aspects of behavior. Such changes in behavior are often accompanied by changes in emotions. Each individual has a certain set of behavior patterns corresponding to a certain state of consciousness; Moreover, the other set is associated with other physical manifestations and often does not coincide with the first. These changes and differences allowed us to come to the conclusion that there are different states of I.

In psychological terms, the state of the Self can be described phenomenologically as a coherent system of feelings, and operationally as a coherent system of behavior patterns. In practice, this means that a certain set of feelings corresponds to an equally specific set of behavior patterns. Each individual has a limited number of such self-states, each of which is not a role, but a psychological reality. The set of these states can be distributed as follows: 1) states of the Self, similar to the images of parents; 2) states of the Self, autonomously aimed at an objective assessment of reality, and 3) states of the Self, representing the most archaic patterns of feelings and behavior recorded in early childhood. In ordinary speech they are referred to as Parent, Adult and Child, and these simple terms are used even in the most formal and formal discussions.

We affirm that in every this moment each member of the group exhibits one of the states of the Self - Parent, Adult or Child - and that each member of the group can move from one state to another with varying degrees of readiness. This statement allows us to draw some conclusions. When we say, “This is your Parent,” we mean, “Your consciousness is now in the same state as one of your parents (or whoever replaced him) was in, and you react in the same way as he did, then eat with the same posture, gestures, vocabulary, feelings, etc.” “This is your Adult” means: “You have made an independent, objective assessment of the situation and are communicating your conclusion or proposing a solution to the problem, regardless of preconceptions.” “This is your Child” means: “You respond in the same way and with the same purpose as you would have done as a child.”

This leads to the following conclusions:

1. Each person had parents (or those who replaced them), and he carries within himself a set of ego states that reproduce the ego states of these parents (as he perceived them) and which can be activated by certain circumstances. Simply put: “Everyone carries a Parent within himself.”

2. Every person (including children, the mentally retarded and schizophrenics) is capable of objective processing of data if the appropriate state of the Self is activated. spoken language: “Everyone has their own Adult.”

3. Every person was once younger than he is now, and carries within himself fixed impressions of past years, which can be activated under certain circumstances. Simply put: “Everyone carries within himself little boy or a girl."

It is advisable to place rice here. 1A, which is called a structure diagram. It presents from a modern point of view all the components of the personality of any individual. It includes the Parent Self, the Adult Self and the Child Self. They are clearly separated from each other, since they are very different and sometimes completely incompatible. To the inexperienced observer the differences may seem insignificant, but they will appear significant and interesting to anyone who overcomes the difficulties of studying structural analysis. From now on we will agree to call real people parents, adults and children (lower case); the words Parent, Adult and Child with a capital letter mean the states of the Self. In Fig. Figure 1B shows a simplified and more convenient structural diagram.

Rice. 1

Before leaving the topic of structural analysis, it is necessary to mention some features of the terminology used.

On vacations and holidays we like to relax or travel with friends. To make your vacation more fun and exciting, learn a few cool games, which will help you laugh a lot, exercise your brains once again and learn a lot about each other. They don’t require any special props, so go for it!

1. Hat

All participants come up with ten words, write them on pieces of paper and put them in a hat. And then the fun begins: players, in a limited amount of time, take turns trying to explain, show or draw the words they come across, and everyone else tries to guess them. The most successful ones receive victory points, honor, glory and a medal around their neck.

2. Associations

Everyone sits in a circle, and someone speaks any word into the ear of his neighbor, he must immediately say into the ear of the next one his first association to this word, the second speaks to the third - and so on, along the chain, until the word returns to the first. If you turn an “elephant” into a “stripper,” consider the game a success.

3. Get to know me

Several people sit in a row. The presenter must, blindfolded, recognize by touch the hidden person in those sitting. Moreover, you can guess by different parts body - for example, by arm, legs, hair, depending on how far everyone is willing to go.

4. Crocodile

This is a popular game in which, using gestures, movements and facial expressions, participants show the hidden word, and other players try to guess it. The driver is prohibited from pronouncing any words or making sounds, using or pointing to surrounding objects, or showing letters or parts of a word. The lucky one who guesses what we're talking about, in the next round he depicts the word himself, but a different one.

5. Cucumber

One leader is selected, and everyone else stands in a very close circle - literally shoulder to shoulder. Players' hands should be behind them. The essence of the game is to pass a cucumber behind your back without the host noticing and take a bite of it at every opportunity. And the presenter’s task is to guess whose hands the cucumber is in. If the leader guesses right, then the player he caught takes his place. The game continues until the cucumber is eaten. It is very funny!

6. Contact

The presenter comes up with a word and tells the other players the first letter of this word. For example, the word catastrophe was conceived - the first letter “K”. Each of the other players comes up with a word starting with this letter and tries to explain to the others what exactly he is up to without naming it. If one of the players understands exactly what word was intended by the one who explained, then he says “There is contact!” and both (the one who explained and the one who responded) begin to count out loud to ten, and then each say their own word. If the word matches, then the presenter names the second letter of the word, and the game continues, only now you need to invent and explain a word with the initial letters already given. If the word does not match, then the players continue to try to come up with and explain a new word.

7. Danetki

Good old detective fun. Danetka is a word puzzle, a confusing or strange story, part of which the presenter tells, and the rest must reconstruct the sequence of events. Questions can only be asked that can be answered with “Yes”, “No” or “Irrelevant”, hence the name of the game.

8. I never...

With this game you can get to know people better. The chips of this game are any objects, such as coins, toothpicks, and so on. The game begins like this: the first participant says something that he has never done in his life (“ I never..."). All other participants in the game who did this must give one chip to this player. The winner is the one who at the end of the game has the most a large number of chips.

9. Secret Keeper

A very exciting and extremely mind-blowing game. The presenter thinks of a phrase, slogan or quote known to all participants. Names the number of words in it. Players then ask the “keeper” any questions they may have. Each answer must contain a word from the hidden phrase. The answer must be contained in one sentence. Analyzing the host's answers, the players give out their version of the “secret”.

10. Fanta

A good old children's game. Players collect one of each item, which is put into a bag. One player is blindfolded. The presenter pulls out things one by one, and the blindfolded player comes up with a task for the pulled out thing, the owner of which must complete it. The tasks can be very different: sing a song, dance or walk the iron.

1) Guests are announced that there is only one roll left toilet paper and they propose to divide it among everyone right now. The roll is passed on to everyone present at the table and everyone unwinds and tears off as much as they want. Surely everyone will try to grab more for themselves. After this, the presenter announces that whoever rewinds how many divisions must tell as many facts about himself, which must be interesting and truthful. After this competition, you will find out...

2) Speed competition- Who can drink a glass of thick tomato juice through a straw the fastest?

3) The presenter stands behind one of the guests, in his hands - a sheet of paper with the name of a particular institution: “Maternity hospital”, “Tavern”, “Sobering-up station” and so on. It is important that the guest does not know what is written there. The presenter asks him various questions, for example, “Do you often go to this establishment,” “What do you do there,” “Why do you like it there,” and the guest must answer.

4) Truth or Ransom: The host selects any guest and asks “Truth or ransom?” If a person answers “True,” he must honestly answer any question the host asks him. Well, if he answered “Ransom”, it means he must complete some task. After completion, he himself becomes the leader.

5) Nonsense:
Questions are written, the same number for each participant. When the questions are written, then in order to write the answer, a question word is asked, for example, if there is a question - “Which direction does the northeast wind blow?”, then you only need to say “in which direction?”
When the answers are written, the questions are read in full. Sometimes such nonsense comes out that you might fall under a chair!

6) Fortune Pie: cut a circle out of cardboard, paint it on one side so it looks like a pie, and cut it into pieces. Now you need to draw a picture on the back of each piece and put the pie together. At the holiday, each guest must choose and take a piece for themselves. The picture is what promises the future. For example, if you get an image of a heart, it means it’s waiting for you great love. The image of a letter - to receive news, a road - to travel, a key - to change your place of residence, a car - to buy vehicle. Rainbow or sun foretell good mood. Well and so on)))

7) Contest: 3 women required and main character(man). The women are seated on chairs and the man is blindfolded. You can spin it to distract attention. At this time, 2 women are exchanged for 2 men (men wear tights). The main character is brought to those sitting and he must identify (for example, his wife - she must be from 3 participants). You can touch, only up to the knees and it is better not to make sounds so that the “hero” does not understand that a replacement has occurred.

8) Collect everything on the table: bottles, snacks, in general, all the most expensive things and place them on the grass. The task is to walk blindfolded and not hit anything. They blindfold someone who is not involved, i.e. the audience is distracting - look carefully, otherwise there will be nothing to drink.... the presenter at this time puts everything aside.... it was a spectacle =))) one like the sapper moves his hands across the grass, using a second compass, it won’t be amiss if the audience also shouts: you’re about to step on cucumbers! etc

9) Participants are divided into 2 equal teams, they are given fins and binoculars. It is necessary to run along a given trajectory wearing fins and looking through binoculars, only from the reverse side. The team that finishes it faster wins.

10) 2 men, they are given lipstick, they turn away and must paint their lips, put scarves on their heads. They turn to the audience, they are given a mirror and looking into it they must say 5 times without laughing: I AM THE MOST CHARMING AND ATTRACTIVE! The one who doesn't laugh wins.

11) Contest Quite fun, can be carried out in any conditions, but it is very advisable to have a camera and an approximately equal number of girls/boys.
The point is this - 2 sets of names of body parts are written on pieces of paper - well, hand, stomach, forehead.... then 2 sets of names are pulled out in pairs. The task is to touch the indicated parts of the body. and in the process...it turns out to be just a visual aid to the Kama Sutra; here a camera is simply necessary!!! and the couple who manages to touch the largest number of points wins!!! You will really like this competition if it is held in a youth company of close friends.

12) Dancing on a leaf

13) Balls with a secret: You need to prepare tasks in advance, written on pieces of paper, and place them in balloons, which should then be inflated and hung around the room. This way you will decorate the hall, and towards the end of the holiday you will also entertain the guests. Let participants choose one or two balloons, pop them, read them and complete the tasks. Write something simple, for example, “make a toast in honor of all the women gathered,” “sing a song with the words “spring” and “love,” etc. Thus, the old good game in forfeits it becomes more interesting and varied.

14) WITH eyes closed : Wearing thick mittens, participants must determine by touch what kind of person is in front of them. The game is more interesting when the guys guess the girls, and the girls guess the guys. You can feel the whole person.

(photo from personal archive :)) it was fun :))

15) Fanta- This is a wonderful opportunity to have fun, have fun and make fun of each other. Usually one leader is chosen, who turns his back to everyone else. Behind him, the second presenter takes a phantom (an object that belongs to one of the guests) and asks a trivial question: “What should this phantom do?” And anyone who wants to get their phantom back must fulfill the will of the presenter. But first you need to collect “forfeits” and these games are perfect for this.

Looking for games for fun company? Want to spice up your evening with friends?

Are you waiting to board your flight? Do you spend a lot of time on the subway?

Pass the time in those moments when you don’t know what to do in class, or public transport will help FlightExpress game.

FlightExpress is a fairly simple and unpretentious game. Purpose of the game- build an airliner from a small plane with all sorts of bells and whistles. At the same time, we should not forget about the “happiness” of passengers.

This farming game was created by the developers of the company Flextrela, in this game they came up with various features, achievements, upgrades and tasks to entertain you.

31) Labyrinth
It is necessary that the majority of those gathered have not previously participated in this. In an empty room, a long rope is taken and a labyrinth is stretched so that a person, as he passes, crouches somewhere and steps somewhere. A man is wound up, it is explained to him that he must go through this labyrinth blindfolded, he must remember the labyrinth and he will be
suggest. When the blindfold begins, the rope is removed….

32) in my pants
Everyone sits in a circle, and everyone tells their neighbor (clockwise) the name of any movie. He remembers what he was told, but tells his neighbor a different name, etc. (it is desirable that as much as possible less people were aware of the matter) When everyone has spoken, the presenter says that it is necessary to say the following phrase: “In my pants ...”, and then - the name of the film that you were told. It’s quite funny if it’s “Battleship Potemkin” or “Pinocchio”.

33) One two Three!
Game, for failure to follow the rules - some kind of fine, for example, a bottle of champagne. The Widdler pronounces the conditions to the Player: The Widdler: “I say one, two, three. You repeat “three” and remain silent for exactly a minute.” After this, as a rule, there follows a question like, but you won’t make me laugh, you won’t tickle me, they honestly say “no.” Riddler: “One, two, three”; Player: “Three” Guesser: “Well, you lost, you didn’t have to repeat it.” Player: “You said it yourself (or something like that).” As a result, if the player is not completely slow, the minute of silence is interrupted. The Player is immediately informed about this.

34) Cheerful little tailor
To play, you need to assemble two teams with an equal number of men and women. They all stand in a line (man - woman - man - woman). Two tailors are chosen. Each of them receives a small wooden stick, into which a long woolen thread is threaded (it is better if it is twisted into a ball). At the leader’s signal, “sewing” begins. The tailor threads the threads through the legs of men's trousers, and through the sleeves of women. The tailor who “sews” his team faster wins.

35) Thick-cheeked lip slap
You need a bag of sucking candies (like “Barberries”). 2 people are selected from the company. They begin to take turns taking candy from the bag (in the hands of the leader), putting it in their mouth (swallowing is not allowed), and after each candy they say loudly and clearly, looking into the opponent’s eyes: “Fat-cheeked lip slap.” Whoever stuffs the most candy into his mouth and says the “magic phrase” at the same time wins. It must be said that the game takes place under the cheerful shouts and whoops of the spectators, and the sounds made by the participants in the game lead the audience to complete delight!

36) 2-3 people play. The presenter announces the conditions of the competition:
I'll tell you a story in about a dozen phrases.
As soon as I say the number 3, take the prize immediately.
The following text is read:
One day we caught a pike
gutted, and inside
we saw small fish,
and not just one, but...seven.
When you want to memorize poems,
they are not crammed until late at night.
Take it and repeat it at night
once - twice, or better... 10.
A seasoned guy dreams
become an Olympic champion.
Look, don’t be cunning at the start,
and wait for the command: one, two, march!
One day the train is at the station
I had to wait 3 hours... (if they don’t have time to take the prize, the presenter takes it and finishes)
Well, friends, you didn’t take the prize,
when there was an opportunity to take it.

37) The presenter distributes paper and pencils to the players (5-8 people) and begins to ask questions, having previously explained that the answer must be detailed in the form of a sentence:
1. What do you associate with the concept of “forest”?
2.What do you associate with the concept of “sea”?
3.What do you associate with the concept of “cats”?
4.What do you associate with the concept of “horse”?
After this, the answers are collected and begin to be read out, indicating the author. The presenter applies the following mappings.
According to American psychologists,
the forest is associated with life, the sea with love, cats with women, horses with men.
Guests' opinions about life, love, men and women are the most amusing!

38) The participant is seated with his back to everyone, and a sign with pre-prepared inscriptions is attached to his back. The inscriptions can be very different - "TOILET, STORE, INSTITUTE, etc." The rest of the observers ask him various questions, such as “why do you go there, how often, etc.” The player must, without knowing what is written on the sign hanging on him, answer these questions

39) Everyone sits in a circle and someone speaks any word into the ear of his neighbor, he must, as quickly as possible, say into the next ear his first association with this word, the second - to the third, and so on. until the word returns to the first. This competition is considered successful if from the first word, for example glass, the last word turns out to be “gangbang” :)

40) Sculpture(it is desirable that there be 50/50 boys and girls)
The host takes the M+F couple into the next room and asks them to pose (the funnier the better). After that he invites next person, and asks what he would like to change in the couple. After the next participant comes up with a new pose for them, the presenter replaces one of the pair with the one who made the wish. And so on in turn until everyone is finished. This is a very funny game :)

41) Also, if there is an empty room, you can play catching blindfolded :)

42) "Mrs. Mumble"
The exercise is designed to allow participants to relax and laugh.
Time: 10 min.
Assignment: Participants sit in a circle. One of the players should turn to his neighbor on the right and say: “Excuse me, have you seen Mrs. Mumble?” The neighbor on the right responds with the phrase: “No, I didn’t see it. But I can ask my neighbor,” turns to his neighbor on the right and asks established question, and so on in a circle. Moreover, when asking and answering questions, you cannot show your teeth. Since the facial expression and voice are very comical, the one who laughs or shows his teeth during the dialogue is out of the game.

43) "Fulfillment of desires"
One of the group members expresses his desire. The group discusses a way to satisfy this desire here, in this setting, and then implements this method (in imagination, in pantomime, in real actions). Then the other participant's wish is fulfilled.
Questions for feedback: Was it difficult to make a wish? Are you satisfied with how your desire was satisfied?

44) Games to develop team spirit.
Move the balls: The team is given a certain number of balls. She must carry them a certain distance without using her hands. Without using your hands and placing or throwing them on the ground. You can carry them with your backs with your shoulders, legs, etc. You also need to make sure that the balls remain intact.

Variation. The previous task, but the task is to move as many balls as possible as a team at once.

45) Ideas from the game "Fort Bayard"
The team collects as many cones as possible in the forest in one go (those who do not participate are a disadvantage to the team) Move the pan using two sticks 1 or 1.5 or 2 meters long to the maximum distance.

But that is not all!
We have collected

The main point The game consists of players throwing a ping-pong ball across a table, trying to get inside a glass one-third full of beer. The official rules of this game vary in almost every place where it is played, but those with which the World Beer Pong Championship is held remain unchanged. Every time a player hits his opponent's glass with a ball, he must empty its contents. To play beer pong you do not need to have great skill or strength. Today, girls are starting to play beer pong more and more. The only people who are not allowed to participate in the championship are those under eighteen years of age. Beer pong is part of the bar culture of Europe and America, and in the near future - also of Russia.

Rules of the game

The goal of the game is to show who knows how to throw a ball the best, intelligently give the enemy beer and have a lot of fun. The essence of the game is outlined in ten simple rules:

Beer pong is played on a special table by four people, two people on each team. Anyone who is old enough to drink beer can play, regardless of marital status, political, religious and beer preferences. After registration for the game, the composition of the participants of each team should not change.

The player's goal is to hit the opposing team's glass with the ball without knocking it over - “knock out the glass.” This can be done in two ways - with a well-aimed throw, send the ball into the glass “from your hand” or by bouncing off the table (it only counts if the ball hits the opponent’s field). The goal of the game is to knock out all the opponent’s glasses. There is no need to knock out the opponents themselves - they will disappear on their own.

If one team manages to knock out the opponent's glass, then one of the members of the other team must drink it to the bottom. The empty glass is removed from the field, and the ball must be rinsed with water. The right to serve passes to the team that lost the cup. If a team knocks down a glass with a ball without hitting it, then it must give back its glass instead of the knocked down one.

If the thrower misses the glass or even misses the table (and this will soon begin to happen), then the right to serve passes to the opposing team. Inside, teams take turns serving. If, before, during or after the team’s throw, their glass is carelessly knocked over, then it is removed from the table, and the team member who was serving at that moment drinks the glass. In addition, the team loses serve and the right to serve passes to the opponent. If the glass was simply moved, but did not fall, it carefully returns to its place (you cannot throw the ball at this moment).

Twice per game, each team has the right to use a superweapon - a double throw. Team members throw the balls at the same time. If both balls hit their targets, then the opposing team drinks the “knocked out” glasses, and the throwing team is rewarded with another serve. If at least one of the balls does not hit the glass, the serve goes to the opponent.

Girls have an additional advantage. Three times during the game, the girl has the right to blow out a ball that has fallen into a glass (not to be confused with “blow out the glass”). She is given five seconds to do this, which are counted down unanimously by team members and spectators. If a team consists of two girls, then between them they can make five attempts to blow out the balloon.

As the glasses decrease, triangles are formed from the remaining glasses. The first time this happens when the team has five glasses left, the second time when there are three glasses left.

There is an opportunity to play one on one - such a game is possible in free mode, not during the championship. In this case, before the game, there are not ten, but six cups on each side of the table.

If one of your team members does not show up or shows up in an insane state, the game is postponed for one match. If nothing changes during this time, your team will be given a technical defeat. During the game, players must behave decently, not insult each other, the ball, the referee and beer - after all, Beer Pong is, above all, a fun game!
