It also looks strange that Abdumaminova's lawsuit was filed not at her daughter's place of birth, but at the Sokuluk District Court. And now let's get back to the lawsuit, which was supposed to be considered today in the Sokuluk District Court. The representative of Abdumaminova visited the judge's office even before the start of the process and asked to leave the application without consideration due to the fact that the plaintiff decided to supplement it with new requirements.

In turn, the representative of Ulugbek Sulaimanov raised objections, and now the Sokuluk District Court, which, contrary to common sense accepted this case for consideration, will be forced to bring it to its logical conclusion. True, the next meeting is scheduled only for the end of September. According to Anatoly Safonov, representing the interests of Sulaimanov, a big scandal is brewing with very serious consequences.

Probably, the Sokuluk court did not even know that the lawsuit filed there was somehow connected with the division of the inheritance of the famous Russian and Soviet artist Alexei Petrenko. Abdumaminova is trying with all her might to add her daughter to the number of heirs as soon as possible. She needs to do this by August 22. It is this number that will be six months from the date of Petrenko's death. So, it will already be possible to claim the inheritance of Alexei Vasilyevich.

So she, apparently, tried to confuse the situation even more and shield herself ...

According to her logic, it follows that the actor Petrenko, who could not even pack his suitcase without outside help, suddenly went several thousand kilometers to the dense Kyrgyz village of Kyzyl-Adyr, where he personally wrote a statement in someone else's handwriting that he recognizes himself as the legitimate parent of Aliya.

Complete nonsense - in that paper, even all the dates are mixed up, for example, the year of dad's birth is 1958 instead of 1938, he is listed as temporarily unemployed, permanently residing in the village of Kyzyl-Adyr, and even signed at the end like never before did not sign, it is assumed that only a woman could put such a signature ...

By the way, a criminal case was soon opened against the head of the rural registry office, in which this certificate was allegedly issued - also for forging a birth certificate in order to increase the hereditary mass, I think this is important.

- After all, Ulugbek, who recognized himself as the father of the girl, did not refuse her?

No. The fact is that Aliya is his only child, she looks like him like two drops of water, even the structure of their upper teeth is the same. I know from Ulugbek himself that he was offered generous compensation, if only he would leave Aliya alone and forget about her, but he did not agree. Absolutely decent and unsophisticated guy. He took the baby from the hospital, raised her for four years, and then the child was taken away and taken to Moscow to be made the daughter of a famous artist ... He and I are phenomenally similar - outwardly, in actions, I am as stubborn as he is, once, at four years old, visiting my grandmother, I categorically refused to eat porridge, and dad slapped me on the pope for it. How offended I am!!! When on the same day he came to kindergarten for me, I told the teacher that this was not my dad and I would not go anywhere with him. He was also very offended and complained at home that I had dishonored him.

And at the age of seventeen, my dad already set an “either-or” condition for me, after I did not want to live with him and his new wife in Moscow, but went to my mother in St. Petersburg. - But what about really dear granddaughter, your daughter, Nastya?

He saw her exactly five times. The last one was at the age of seven. The first is per month. Then at six months, at two and at four... I remember all his visits. You see, he was never just mine. He has always lived with strangers. And those who are throwing a wave at me today that supposedly I didn’t take care of him and that’s why Azima picked him up, sorry, but I didn’t create this situation. I could not be torn between Russia and Germany, Moscow and Munich, I have a family there, a daughter, a mother who is already very weak and also needs help. And what should I have done? Throw everyone and rush to dad? And at the same time, he was hurt by his mother's interview, that there they attributed words to her that she actually did not say, as if we had not communicated for thirty years. In fact, we communicated, perhaps not as much and not as much as I would like, but we communicated. I tried to explain this to him, that I myself didn’t even know that my mother had given an interview, but my father kept hanging up the phone when I called him to try to defuse the situation, to give a refutation.

- Did you talk to Azima?

Only once, in 2014, I called my father after a two-year quarrel, she picked up the phone, said that dad was not at home. Perhaps she lied. "How does he feel?" I politely asked her. "It's better now," she replied dryly. And she immediately blamed me for the death of her father in Kyrgyzstan, allegedly he got sick from our revelations in the press with my mother, although in fact he had cancer, as far as I know, she also blamed Misha Kozhukhov for this. “So I raised my children myself, gave education, provided apartments and didn’t ask anyone for anything,” she told me, although I was not interested in this and I didn’t ask her about it.
