20-year-old Maria Sirotinskaya has been dating Vlad Sitdikov for several years. In July, the young people vacationed together in Greece, from where Maria sent her mother romantic photographs from the sea coast.

On the air of the “Male/Female” program, Maria and Vlad told viewers the story of their relationship and talked about the depth of their feelings. The lovers treat each other with care and do not hide the fact that they are serious.

Irina Khakamada’s daughter calls Vlad very responsive and kind: “My beloved person,” Maria summed up. Sitdikov, in turn, did not skimp on compliments to his chosen one: “She is very cheerful, I like how she laughs loudly.”

During the program, Alexander Gordon asked when the wedding will take place. Maria, embarrassed, gave the floor to her beloved. In turn, Vlad limited himself to a brief: “Not soon yet,” but immediately turned to the TV presenter with a request:

“Alexander, you are a highly respected and experienced person. I want you to become my matchmaker, because you know Masha’s mother well.”

Alexander Gordon did not remain silent and made it clear that he fully approved of Sirotinskaya’s choice: “I promise you that since I know Ira, I will definitely talk to her. I’ll tell you what impression you made on me, how happy Masha is next to you. I think it will grow together.”

Maria Sirotinskaya told TV viewers that she dreams of creating a good family, marrying her loved one and having children. But her plans don’t stop there:

“I want to open my own company, I will also earn money, provide for my family and even my husband,” Maria added.

Vlad Sitdikov supported the chosen one: “And, of course, so that we live in perfect harmony, right? And we never quarreled."

The other day, Channel One aired a new episode of the “Male and Female” program, dedicated to an important topic - the socialization and achievements of people with Down syndrome. One of the invited guests was Irina Khakamada’s daughter, 20-year-old actress Maria Sirotinskaya, and her boyfriend, 22-year-old world bench press champion Vlad Sitdikov. The couple told viewers about their lives, hobbies, a recent romantic trip to Greece, and also shared their wedding plans.

Maria and Vlad met at the theater and, according to Masha, it was love at first sight.

I went to the theater and saw Vlad there, he was rehearsing for a play... After that we had a mutual love. I immediately realized that I needed this person and he would be my support. I love him very much and will always be faithful to him.<...>My plans are to create a good family, marry my beloved, be with him always and have children.

When we met her, I found something in her that I couldn’t find before. This is loyalty, love, happiness. And, of course, she is kind, affectionate, beautiful girl. “I found the one with whom I would like to connect my life, once and for all,” said Vlad.

Also, Vlad, who not only loves to read poetry, but also writes it himself, read a fragment of one of his works dedicated to Mary:

Years passed, I grew up in spite of the weather.
The road led me to Moscow, I’m standing at the threshold of the theater.
And there is euphoria in my head, suddenly I hear: “And I am Maria!”
Hit me like a tsunami...

Vlad and Maria have already introduced each other to their parents, and both parties approved the choice of their children. At the end of the conversation with the couple, host Alexander Gordon asked Maria a direct question: “When is the wedding?” Maria, smiling, modestly replied, “Not soon,” then Vlad entered the conversation.

Alexander, you are an experienced person. I would like you to become my matchmaker, since you know Masha’s mother well.

Alexander promised to talk with Irina Khakamada, since, according to him, Vlad made a very good impression on him.

We invite you to watch the full episode of the program, in which Evelina Bledans and her son also took part:

Maria Sirotinskaya - daughter public figure and ex-leader of the Union of Right Forces party Irina Khakamada. The girl has Down syndrome. But this does not stop her from attending college, communicating with other children and being creative. Several years ago, Khakamada began to take her daughter out into the world. But the other day we saw Maria without her famous parent.

19-year-old Masha Sirotinskaya appeared at a charity event at the Book House on Arbat. A photo exhibition was held here to coincide with the release of Mikhail Komlev’s book “How to Communicate with Sunny Children.” The photographs by photographer Alisa Princeva show children with Down syndrome. One of the heroines is Masha.

Mom really wanted to come, but she couldn’t, she had a lot of work. That’s why today I’m here for myself and for her,” the girl told us with a smile. For the guests of the exhibition, she read a touching poem dedicated to her mother, with the words: “Your adult daughter will always be by your side, I will never forget you.”

It is known about Masha that she goes to dances, draws well, sings, and loves to write poetry. And now she is especially good at poetry, because she... fell in love! Vlad Sitdikov won the girl’s heart. The boy also has Down syndrome. But at the same time he is professionally involved in sports. Vlad is an athlete, a world champion in the bench press among juniors - his usual peers.

Irina Khakamada’s daughter Maria Sirotinskaya - still from a photo exhibition

“We started taking Vladik to the gym when he was 15, and from that moment on he has been involved in sports systematically. IN last time at the competition he lifted 75.5 kilograms, this is a record in his weight and age group. Like Masha, Vlad is a creative person, he studies in a theater studio three times a week. He also loves football, supports CSKA, dreams of meeting Alan Dzagoev,” Vlad’s mother Marina Sitdikova told us.

At the event, Vlad and Masha Sirotinskaya held hands the entire time and looked at each other with tenderness.

In Russia, the problem of intolerance towards children with special needs has not yet been resolved, says Mikhail Komlev. “Currently, like-minded people and I are working on a film script about people with Down syndrome. Many people do not have information about such children, and therefore are wary and even aggressive. But they are very kind, sincere... Just look! — At that moment, Masha and Vlad began to hug. Looking at them, some guests shed tears. So much love in these hugs!

Let us remind you about special daughter Irina Khakamada decided to tell the story several years ago. She never hid her child, but before certain point and did not share details of her life. As Irina admitted, she learned about the possibility of having a child with Down syndrome while pregnant: “My husband and I really wanted a child together, and the question of giving birth to Mashenka was not even raised. This is the hard-won, very desired fruit of our love. We, of course, went on the Internet and found out that children like our future baby can be smart, independent, and happy. If you put in some effort. So what's the problem? We were ready to make these efforts.”

The charity video “People, look, we are just like you” was shown at the exhibition. To the thunderous applause of the audience, children with special needs walked up onto the stage, took pictures, smiled and thanked the audience.

Vlad Sitdikov and Maria Sirotinskaya talked about their affection for each other, hugged, held hands and showed their tender feelings without hesitation. Maria read the poem “MOM”, which was addressed to Irina Khakamada.

Mikhail Komlev’s little co-host, Vanya Gorodissky, appeared on the stage. Vanya is 8 years old and has Down syndrome. His mother, Natalya Gorodiskaya, who still has 10 adopted children and two children of her own, took him from an orphanage. The boy created a real sensation. He spoke in Japanese, paused and gave Mikhail time to translate his speech. The audience laughed, Vanya smiled back and continued to express his thoughts.

Parents of special children spoke heartily about them. Each family that is written about in the book “How to Communicate with Sunny Children” has overcome its difficulties and conquered its peaks. Larisa Koloskova with her “sunny” Tisha conquered real mountains in ten countries of the world; Marina Sitdikova changed her profession for the sake of her son; Yura Smaglyuk’s grandmother gave up everything and moved from Siberia to the Moscow region to be closer to her grandson. For Ramzia Zaripova, the main goal now is to make her daughter Leysan’s dream of working as a Zumba dance coach come true.

One of the heroes of the evening, a child with special needs Nikolai Golyshev, read a touching poem that he wrote at the age of 8:

Oh, what a fate befell me!

The editors of our magazine have repeatedly received requests to publish articles about adults with Down syndrome: how they live, what they dream about. But we decided that it would be better if they told us about themselves. Meet the hero of the “First Person” column – Vlad Sitdikov, also known as Sports Journalist.

My mom is the most beautiful, smart, loves her son, always good and kind. We love to study English with her and learn poetry.

– About poetry: I saw videos on Facebook where you read very long poems. Do you choose them yourself?

– I love poetry very much. When I was born, my mother and father read them to me all the time. Then I wanted to read them myself and tell them. I choose myself, because the poems are different, beautiful, with deep meaning, tragic. This suits me - I'm a romantic! It’s difficult to learn, but if the poem is short, I learn it quickly, in exactly an hour. And when we work on diction, so that I can speak beautifully and smoothly, it takes more time. Then I tell them on camera and post the best ones on Facebook.

-You live very active life, you have many hobbies. But still, what is yours? favorite hobby?

– Most of all I love powerlifting, I’m an athlete.

– Why did you start playing such a difficult sport?

– It was not me who chose him, but my coach. I started a long time ago, 6 years ago, and have been competing for 2 years now. I work out three times a week. My training goes as usual: I come, the trainer directs me to cardio equipment. Then we do stretches. Then we start the bench press. First we press the bar, and then we do the weights from less to more. For the first time in my life I lifted 100 kilograms. This is my first adult level.

– Who trains you?

– Vladimir Shchegolkov is a multiple world champion in bench press. He has many, many awards and achievements.

– Vlad, tell us about your achievements and competitions in which you took part.

– These are ordinary competitions among ordinary people. I compete in juniors, up to 23 years old, in weight category up to 52 kilograms. But I want to clarify. The coach gives me a day of rest before the competition to gain strength. But there is still excitement at competitions. How could we do without this?! When you are called, you think about how to bench press normally. Emotions are overwhelming!

– What awards have you received?

– I have only 7 awards, I competed in different Cups. For example, “Vityaz” won the Russian Cup for the Sergei Badyuk prize. Then there was the Russian Championship, and also the World and European Cup. My goal is to go to the Paralympics in Tokyo.

- May your dream come true! Vlad, you are in great shape. Tell me, do you have to follow a diet?

– There are no special restrictions, the coach tells me to eat a lot of protein. But I don’t eat after six and I don’t eat flour in the evening.

– You are not only an athlete, but also an actor in the Open Art Theater. What roles do you play?

– When I came to the theater, they immediately took me to the play “Carmen” for the role of a smuggler. Then we moved on. In Romeo and Juliet I play the role of Mercutio - a tragic role, but a fun one.

– Which of these two roles is closer to you?

- I would like it closer role Romeo. And if you choose from two, then Mercutio is closer - he is so cheerful, he will not leave a friend in trouble.

– This role apparently suits your character. How would you describe your character?

- Explosive! Bright! I have few positive qualities, but still there. I am honest, conscientious, fair, strong, courageous, courageous, courageous. The main thing is that I'm kind. And handsome.

– What about the disadvantages?

- I do not have them. Just one - hot-tempered.

– Who else would you like to play in the theater?

- Hamlet! When I read about him, he was so thoughtful, calm, walking everywhere, thinking. Moreover, Shakespeare himself staged it! I would also play a soldier from the fairy tale “Flint”, I love this fairy tale.

- Do you have a lot of friends. How do you spend time together? Who do you consider your best friend?

– I have a lot of them, but there are the very best, those with whom I like to spend time. This is Masha Budina, Gleb Dyachenko, Nastya Petrova and my favorite girl Masha Sirotinskaya. But my best friend is Misha Komlev. He is simply a miracle man! Recently I went to my friend Gleb’s birthday party. There is a difference between friends and acquaintances. Friends are those with whom you communicate for a long time. And acquaintances - that's all, not very interesting. True true friends are very good.

– We started the conversation by talking about journalism. And if you really were a journalist, what would you report on?

– I would like to make two reports – one about the “sunny” children, and the other about judicial injustice in sports.

– Tell me, what do you dream about and what are your plans for the future?
