  • Working calendar;
  • Working time calendar;
  • Working hours calendar;
  • Calendar of the annual fund of working time.

Approval of the production calendar for 2018

As an official document, the production calendar for 2018 is not approved. Neither exists federal law, nor a government decree, the annex to which would be a production calendar available for viewing and downloading for the next year.

Along with this, article 112 Labor Code The Russian Federation defines non-working holidays, and by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 14, 2017 No. 1250 "On the postponement of days off in 2018". These regulatory legal acts are the main for the formation of the production calendar for 2018 with days off and public holidays.

Non-working holidays in 2018 according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation

Such a list of non-working public holidays fixed and does not change from year to year. It is enshrined in article 112 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

Regional legislation may establish additional non-working holidays in addition to all-Russian ones (part 1 of article 6 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, resolution of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation of December 21, 2011 No. 20-PV11).

All these dates are included in the 2018 production calendar with public holidays. At the same time, according to the rules of Article 112 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, a holiday coinciding with a day off is “shifted” to the working day immediately following the holiday. In 2018, such a day is Sunday November 4, which means that Monday November 5 will be non-working.

However, there is an exception that applies to New Year's "holidays": the days from January 1 to January 8, coinciding with days off, can be transferred to other days of the year. Usually they are attached to other holidays, thereby "lengthening" them and changing the calendar of working days. Let's talk about the transfers in 2018 in more detail.

Postponement of holidays in 2018

Article 112 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation provides that the transfer of days off is carried out in order to rationally plan working time in organizations and take into account the interests various categories citizens of the Russian Federation to create conditions for good rest. For these purposes, Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 14, 2017 No. 1250 “On the postponement of days off in 2018” provides for the following shift of days off:

As you can see, the weekends of January 6 and 7 (Saturday and Sunday) 2018, coinciding with non-working holidays, have been moved to March 9 and May 2, respectively. Rest days from Saturday 28 April, Saturday 9 June and Saturday 29 December have been moved to Monday 30 April, Monday 11 June and Monday 31 December respectively. With these transfers in mind, the 2018 calendar includes six long weekends and public holidays:

  • from December 30, 2017 to January 8, 2018 inclusive (10 days of New Year holidays);
  • from February 23 to February 25 (3 days on the occasion of Defender of the Fatherland Day);
  • from 8 to 11 March (4 days - International Women's Day);
  • from April 29 to May 2 (4 days for the Spring and Labor Day);
  • from 10 to 12 June (3 days for the celebration of the Day of Russia);
  • from 3 to 5 November (3 days, dedicated to the Day national unity).

Five-day and six-day working weeks: working hours in 2018

In the rhythm indicated above, in 2018 everyone who is employed on the "five-day" will work. For those working on a six-day week, March 9, April 30, June 11 and December 31, 2018 will remain working days, since the transfer of days off to these dates is planned from Saturdays that coincided with non-working holidays, and for the "six-day" Saturday is not a day off. Therefore, the number of working days, weekends and holidays for these labor regimes in 2018 will vary.

They will also have their own characteristics and production calendars with a five-day and six-day work schedule.

Using the links you can download the production calendar for 2018 with a six-day working week in a format suitable for you. It provides the norm of working hours for months, quarters and 2018 as a whole, as well as the number of working days and days off with a six-day working week with one day off.

Working hours in 2018

The norm of working time for certain periods of time is calculated according to the calculated schedule of a five-day working week with two days off on Saturday and Sunday, based on the following duration daily work(shifts):

  • with a 40-hour work week - 8 hours;

On the eve of non-working holidays, working hours are reduced by 1 hour (Article 95 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation).

So, for example, in January 2018, with a five-day working week with two days off, 17 working days and 14 days off. Therefore, the norm of working hours in January 2018 Goa is:

  • with a 40-hour work week - 136 hours (40 hours: 5 days × 17 days);
  • with a 36-hour work week - 122.4 hours (36 hours: 5 days × 17 days);
  • with a 24-hour work week - 81.6 hours (24 hours: 5 days × 17 days).

In 2018, with a five-day work week with two days off:

  • 247 working days, including six pre-holiday days - February 22, March 7, April 28, May 8, June 9 and December 29;
  • 118 days off, including five additional days of rest - March 9, May 2, April 30, June 11, December 31 due to the postponement in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 14, 2017 No. 1250 - January 6, 7, April 28, June 9, December 29th.

The norm of working hours in 2018, taking into account the above, is:

  • with a 24-hour work week - 1179.6 hours (24 hours: 5 days × 247 days - 6 hours).

Working hours for a six-day work week

The norm of working time for certain periods of time is calculated according to the settlement schedule of a five-day working week with two days off on Saturday and Sunday. That is, the norm of hours for the reporting period for a six-day working week coincides with the norms for a five-day working week. A different calculation procedure and different work standards depending on the schedule would lead to discrimination of employees.

The general procedure for calculating the norms in 2018 is carried out based on the following duration of daily work or shift:

  • with a 40-hour work week - eight hours;
  • if the duration of the working week is less than 40 hours - the number of hours obtained by dividing the established duration of the working week by five days.

For a standard six-day working week, transfers from January 6 to March 9, from April 28 to April 30, from June 9 to June 11, from December 29 to December 31 do not apply, since Saturdays are working days for such a schedule. This means that the holiday and the day off do not coincide, therefore, there is no transfer of the day off. That is, March 9, April 30, June 11, December 31, 2018, with a standard six-day work schedule, are working days.

Note that the absence of transfers of days off will not affect the procedure for determining the norms of time for a six-day week, since the norms are calculated according to the schedule of a five-day working week. And the norm of working time calculated in the above order applies to all modes of work and rest. Consequently, the norm of working time in 2018 with a six-day working week is also (as with the “five-day workday”):

  • with a 40-hour working week - 1970 hours (40 hours: 5 days × 247 days - 6 hours);
  • with a 36-hour working week - 1772.4 hours (36 hours: 5 days × 247 days - 6 hours);
  • with a 24-hour work week - 1179.6 hours (24 hours: 5 days × 247 days - 6 hours)
