checking the completeness and correctness of filling out the documents submitted in accordance with paragraph 6 of the Rules;

consideration of applications and documents of civil servants at a meeting of the territorial subcommittee and making a decision on sending them to the commission, indicating in the minutes of the meeting the grounds for the decisions made;

sending accepted documents for consideration to the commission based on the results of the six months by July 15 and December 20.

7. For each civil servant who has applied for registration to receive a one-time subsidy for the purchase of residential premises, territorial subcommittees must prepare a separate package of documents, which must contain:

application and set of documents established by paragraph 6 of the Rules;

a copy of the minutes (extract from the minutes) of the meeting of the territorial subcommittee, certified by the signature of the chairman of the territorial subcommittee and the seal of the relevant investigative body of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

Formed packages of documents, bound and certified in the prescribed manner, should be sent to the commission for consideration and decision-making on the registration of civil servants to receive a one-time subsidy for the purchase of residential premises or on the refusal to register with a covering letter from the head of the relevant investigative body or investigative agency.
