Because it is the eyes that you will need in this method. Don't be afraid, you won't have to pick out his eyes. You will have to concentrate on these eyes.

Now about the duration of the work. Again, as I always said - until the result. To what result? Until your improvements, and not until his (the enemy’s) deterioration. Take back what is yours, give it to him - and then let karma and God deal with it. The criterion for termination (that is, a set of signs and signals that it is time to stop) is a little further.

How many times a day do you do this? Once a day is enough. But here it’s your will. You can do it several times a day if you have the energy and time.

Part 1.

We sat down. Read the prayer once("Our Father") . We drank some holy water. We picked up a photo of the enemy. And we begin to concentrate on his eyes. Looking intently into his eyes. Because"Eyes are the mirror of the soul". Remember the principle of esotericism -“Where there is thought, there is energy”. With prolonged concentration, an energetic connection arises, a “channel” through which energy transfer will occur.

Breathe slowly and calmly. Feel what is “happening and moving” inside, where discomfort arises, what is happening with emotions and the state of the body. And after that, we take a deep breath, and pronounce the following statement slowly and clearly (aloud or mentally, it doesn’t matter):

“I am returning to you all the bad things that you brought to me (brought)”.

And taking a deep breath, and without losing contact with the eyes in the photo, we exhale, squeeze out, push out the flow of air in the photo. You can add to yourself the image that you are “exhaling” a stream of dark smoke, dirt, mucus, fog, fire (your choice).

Once you have done this push-out, catch your breath and restore your breathing in several cycles of inhalation and exhalation. We caught our breath, tuned in, and repeated again.

One exhalation may not be enough to push out what is rising and demanding its release. Therefore, you can take a few additional exhalations to push out that volume-clump of energy that can rise. If you have lost contact with your eyes, this is not a big problem.

Possible attacks of coughing, nausea, vomiting, spasms, convulsions, yawning, fever or chills, pain in the head or heart. And this is good. These are signs of the release of negativity. And it is the presence of these signs that is the criterion for continuing the procedure. That is - it turns out - we continue to exhale and push out. The symptoms stopped - we stopped working. This approach is sufficient.

To begin with, you should do 2-3 exhalations and push-outs. Gradually increase the number of cycles. Up to what quantity? In the meantime, the negativity will “come out” of you. You will feel it. I didn’t just say that - listen to emotions, to the state of the body, to the chakras. Note in which chakras there is discomfort, so that later, during energy cleansing, you can focus on these chakras.

Another important warning. Try to keep yourself within limits. No curses, no “Yes to you, yes to you”. Don't curse, don't scold. You only need to return the bad things that came to you from the enemy, and not “drown” him in your curses and the flow of negative emotions.

Otherwise it will come back to haunt you. We mentioned the principle of justice, so let's stay within these limits, without going too far, no matter how your emotions choke you, and no matter how much you boil inside.

After the procedure, you should “disconnect” from the person. Looking into the eyes of the photo, take a deep breath, then close your eyes, lower your head and take a deep breath. With your eyes closed, read the prayer (“Our Father”) once. And then open your eyes. And drink some holy water.

You can stop here if you feel a loss of strength or weakness. If your condition allows, then you can move on to the second part.

Part 2.

We read the prayer (“Our Father”) once again and drank some holy water. Let's concentrate on the eyes in the photo again. You felt that you were already “in touch”, “in the channel”, that you felt a connection with this person.

And now we pronounce the installation out loud or mentally, slowly and clearly:

“I am returning to myself all the good things that you took from me (took)”.

And we take a deep, drawn-out breath, as if sucking a stream of air from the photo. In fact, you are drawing a flow of energy into yourself. If you are familiar with the Breathing with Chakras method, you can connect to the work those chakras that showed negative sensations at the first stage. This means that it is in these chakras that you will need to invest energy, “pump” them with energy.

To begin with, we took 2-3 breaths and inhalations. You can do more inhalations and inhalations if you have the strength and if you feel that the flow is “going.”

We breathed in, pumped up. And again - we “disconnect” from the person. We exhaled, closed our eyes and bowed our heads. We read “Our Father” once, opened our eyes, and drank some holy water.

That's all. The work is done.

A few more important notes.

In these settings we do not ask - “give, take away”. We do not need permission from the enemy to return negativity to him and take away our energy. We decide this ourselves, that’s why the installation sounds exactly like this "I return".

There is no need to be afraid that you will “breathe in and draw in” something bad from the enemy - his negativity, or the negativity that you “breathed out” into him earlier. After all, we correctly “programmed” the process with our installation -
