  • Before cooking, the water in which the beans were soaked must be drained and filled with fresh water.
  • When the water boils, it must be drained and refilled with fresh water. After that, the beans should be brought to a boil and boiled over low heat for 40-60 minutes.
  • While the beans are cooking, it is important to make sure that the water does not boil away and, if necessary, add new water. The pot does not need to be covered with a lid.
