Shuvalov's path in Ukrainian politics: from Pinchuk to Lyovochkin. Igor Shuvalov was expelled from Ukraine You support Putin

Russian political strategist Igor Shuvalov has been expelled from Ukraine for a period of 5 years, People's Deputy of Ukraine Anton Gerashchenko said in Facebook. This is the second time he has been banned from entering Ukraine.

Igor Shuvalov was expelled by Ukrainian border guards from Ukraine with a ban on entry for a period of 5 years, the report says.

Gerashchenko wrote:

- According to operational data, Shuvalov's anti-Ukrainian activities were used by the special services of the Russian Federation to cover specially prepared and high-profile information through the media, in particular reports that are devoted to accusing the country's leadership of a military seizure of power in 2014 and the planned action "Heavenly Hundred".

- The specified citizen was involved in a large-scale action to disrupt modern European integration reforms in Ukraine and takes an active part in the project of promoting Russia as the only descendant of the "country-winner of fascism in the Great Patriotic War" (and not in World War II) and Russia, as the personification of modern anti-fascism, is produced within the ideological framework of "George Ribbons" and "Immortal Regiment". The fight against Russian propaganda continues.

Gerashchenko recalled that for the first time, by decision of the SBU, under pressure from Oleksandr Turchynov and Arsen Avakov, Igor Shuvalov was from Ukraine on March 28, 2014. But the head of the SBU, Valentin Nalyvaychenko, is a decision.

Shuvalov: "The current ban is absurd"

- The current fuss around me is connected with the interspecific struggle of Ukrainian politicians, with whom I am well acquainted and with whom I have collaborated at various times. Ukraine is my second homeland, I love it and have always wanted and wish it well and peace, so the current ban is absurd. Thanks to my friends for their support. I inform my ill-wishers: we live in a world in which there are no borders, there is no place for intolerance towards a different point of view and prohibitions on media and freedom of speech, Shuvalov said in a comment to Strana.

Inter's reaction

- The Inter TV channel does not influence the personnel policy of the National Information Systems company and the information product it produces, which is fixed in the relevant agreement between the Inter TV channel and the National Information Systems company. The TV channel is not responsible for the activities of the personnel of the NIS company, the employees of this company are not employees of the Inter TV channel, the TV channel said in a commentary to KP in Ukraine.

FROM THE KP DOSSIER

Igor Shuvalov - political strategist. Since 1998, almost constantly working in Ukraine. Participated in the presidential campaign of Leonid Kuchma in 1999, then advised the head of the Kuchma administration Viktor Medvedchuk, and also participated in the election campaign of Yanukovych in 2004.

In 2003, Shuvalov received a passport of a citizen of Ukraine. According to Ukrainska Pravda, this citizenship was granted to him for the effective fulfillment of the assigned tasks. However, after the Orange Revolution, Viktor Yushchenko by his decree deprived Shuvalov of this citizenship.

They tried to ban Shuvalov from entering at the end of 2013. Viktor Yanukovych was still president then, and the Inter news service was suspected of working for the Euromaidan. At that very moment, Shuvalov and his team were removed at the request of the president from preparing the news. After the Euromaidan, Shuvalov returned to Inter.

The well-known Russian political strategist Igor Shuvalov has once again been banned from entering Ukraine. On Tuesday evening, it became known from a message on the FB of the deputy - "front-line soldier" Anton Gerashchenko, an adviser to Arsen Avakov. Shuvalov's Russian citizenship gave rise to once again talk about the "fifth column" and work for the Kremlin. In fact, Shuvalov worked for almost ten years for one of the most influential Ukrainian politicians, Sergei Lyovochkin.

    With Levochkin in life

© Photo: screenshot from the video "Opposition Bloc"

Sergei Lyovochkin is a Ukrainian politician, millionaire. In 2010-2014, the head of the Administration of the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych

The fact is that Shuvalov was sent by Lyovochkin to lead the information service of the most popular Ukrainian TV channel, Inter. When the first after the well-known incident on the Maidan on November 30, 2013 (then "Berkut" was accused of beating "their children") resigned. The then leadership of the presidential administration demanded that Shuvalov leave Inter, since it was believed that it was he who creates a positive picture for the Euromaidanites on the channel. It was then that the SBU issued the first ban on the stay of Igor Shuvalov on the territory of Ukraine. However, it was quickly cancelled.

The second happened after the victory of the Maidan - in March 2014. Its initiators were Turchinov and Yatsenyuk. The accusations were exactly the opposite of the previous ones: they say, this is a Russian political strategist, he was a conductor of the Kremlin's information policy, and so on ... True, Lyovochkin, with the support of journalists Yevgeny Kiselev and Savik Shuster, who wrote a letter to the head of the SBU Valentin Nalivaichenko, again managed to return his political strategist to Ukraine.

The third ban is due to the fact that the leaders of the Popular Front - from Arseniy Yatsenyuk to Arsen Avakov - could not forgive Shuvalov for constantly rinsing their faces and the faces of their closest colleagues in the news releases of Inter. Recall last year's "answers" of the "front-line soldiers", when right-wing radicals almost burned down the office of the TV channel several times.

The information war, of course, was not waged by Shuvalov on his own, but at the direction of Levochkin, but since the latter was hard to get for the "front-line soldiers", but Shuvalov, who had Russian citizenship, was easier to get. It was enough to achieve a ban on entry. This week, Yatsenyuk, Avakov and his comrades managed to do it.

    Whoismr. Shuvalov?

As mentioned above, Igor Shuvalov is a Russian political strategist. He began working in Ukraine in the late 90s. He helped Viktor Pinchuk, the oligarch and son-in-law of President Leonid Kuchma, to create the Working Ukraine party.

photo © RIA Novosti. Sergei Starostenko

Viktor Mikhailovich Pinchuk is a Ukrainian businessman, industrialist and billionaire. One of the richest Ukrainians

In 2002, during the parliamentary elections, this political force, together with the Party of Regions and a number of other political projects, created the For Food! (“For a United Ukraine!”). This bloc won only in the Donetsk region. Based on this victory, Donetsk governor Viktor Yanukovych becomes Ukraine's prime minister for the first time. Project "For Food!" supervised, including Shuvalov.

Since 2002, after the departure of political strategist Marat Guelman from Viktor Medvedchuk, the then leader of the SDPU (o), Shuvalov takes his place.

In 2006, in the parliamentary elections, Igor oversaw the political bloc of Natalia Vitrenko and Maxim Kurochkin, who was later shot dead by a sniper in Kyiv. Both failed to enter parliament. From that moment on, Shuvalov began to work with Sergei Levochkin.

Another interesting point. In the first half of the 2000s, Shuvalov received Ukrainian citizenship at the suggestion of Medvedchuk. However, under Yushchenko, he was deprived of it.

The fate of the political strategist

There are several options for the immediate fate of Igor Shuvalov.

The first option is that Lyovochkin will be able to influence Poroshenko (the news about the president on Inter was quite positive), and the political strategist will be reincarnated in Ukraine for the third time.

The second option - Shuvalov himself hinted at it to the Ukrainian press: with the current development of technology, he can continue to lead the Inter information service, sitting somewhere in a neighboring state, until, again, Levochkin, in the end, achieves his return.

photo © RIA Novosti. Alexey Vovk

The third option is to start working in Russia, as it was with him in the 90s. Considering his extensive experience in Ukraine, good orientation in Ukrainian politics and acquaintance with all leading Ukrainian politicians, knowledge of their strengths and weaknesses, makes Shuvalov an invaluable staff member for the Russian presidential administration, more precisely for that part of it that oversees Ukraine and Donbass.

What about Inter and Opposition Bloc

With Shuvalov or without him, the information policy of Inter will not change, since it was not determined by him, but by his boss, Sergei Levochkin. Shuvalov is only a good, strong and creative performer.

In general, Shuvalov will supervise the channel at a distance or simply leave his person in his place, whom he will advise.

Some suggested that Anna Bezlyudnaya would again become involved in the information service of the channel. But this is unlikely. Bezlyudnaya is a “watchdog” from Dmitry Firtash and is engaged in non-political projects.

As for the situation with the Opposition Bloc, according to the interlocutors of our publication, Shuvalov did not participate directly in its work. The chief political strategist was Paul Manafort. Therefore, his absence will not affect the participation of the party in Ukrainian politics.

Last summer, at a press conference on the occasion of his presidential “hundred days”, Viktor Yanukovych said that he did not know the Russian political strategist Igor Shuvalov. In response, one of the journalists noted, not without irony, that Shuvalov's phone (who "lit up" in the presidential campaign of Yanukovych in 2004, and later, during the second premiership of Viktor Fedorovich, collaborated with the Cabinet) was held by the head of the presidential Administration, Sergei Levochkin. But recently it turned out that Levochkin is not only Shuvalov's phone number. The chief presidential "administrator" publicly admitted that the Russian political strategist (with whom the authorship of the "temniki" of the Kuchma-Medvedchuk era is associated) works as his freelance adviser.

I don't see anything wrong here. Everything that happens around Shuvalov is an attempt to mythologize this image in order to discredit the authorities and this person. He is a progressive person, he understands modern information technologies well. And the issues that interest me are cooperation with foreign media. Part of the informational and analytical component lies with him,” Levochkin “declassified” the field of activity of his freelance adviser. When asked if Russian citizen Shuvalov had a work permit in Ukraine, the head of the Presidential Administration replied: “Probably yes.” When the journalists asked if Levochkin knew the permanent place of work of his adviser, they answered: “It seems that he works in an analytical and consulting center” ... Not in the one that “directs” the information policy on the Inter TV channel? No matter how hard the chairman of the SBU Valery Khoroshkovsky (who is also the owner of UA Inter Media Group Limited, which includes Inter) tried to “lubricate” the issue of Shuvalov’s connection with the channel, in the end he gave up “I won’t, he says, deny that Shuvalov is a talented analyst and consultant and he is attracted to the Inter channel. Shuvalov attracts Bankova, Shuvalov attracts Inter - an eloquent chain.

And the visiting political technologist really has talent: he knows how to please those who run the Presidential Administration. In his youth, Igor Shuvalov worked as a screenwriter at the Mosfilm film studio. During Kuchma's time, Shuvalov (his "baptism" in Ukraine is associated with Kuchma's son-in-law Viktor Pinchuk and the presidential campaign of Leonid Danilovich in 1999) "rooted" on Bankova in the role of "grey eminence" Viktor Medvedchuk. He even called himself “to some extent a co-author of your new Constitution” (we are talking about the Constitution, rewritten under the so-called political reform of 2004). Shuvalov did not deny his "co-authorship" in the sad "temniki". “The word comes from the First Russian Channel, it comes from the word “topic”, and not “dark,” said the political strategist in an interview with Obozrevatel. “Special analytical services, which lead a certain topic, have always existed. Another thing is that in Ukraine it has acquired an elegant form. Of course, I used "temniki", but not as an element of censorship, but as an element of an information campaign. Concerning authorship… As a rule, such papers do not have a specific authorship. They are made up of a group of people absolutely technically.”

There was talk that with the advent of the Presidential Secretariat, Viktor Baloga was also interested in Shuvalov. Ukraine Daily wrote (with reference to a source from Bankova) that Shuvalov “passed an interview at the Presidential Secretariat and will oversee the information and PR sphere.” Just what happened next, history is silent.

The appearance of "one hundred percent Medvedchuk's man" in the "clip" of Sergei Lyovochkin (even during the second premiership of Viktor Yanukovych, when Levochkin tried himself as the main government ideologist) surprised many. Despite the bitter "friendship" between Lyovochkin and Medvedchuk, which is said to have nearly ended in an elevator fight on one occasion. And "friendship" - "friendship", and service - service. It seems that Lyovochkin convinced himself that the footage, valuable to him, did not spoil their connection with Medvedchuk.

In the political biography of Igor Shuvalov, besides Medvedchuk, there are many other interesting names. Shuvalov's partners are Russian political technologists Gleb Pavlovsky and Marat Gelman, well-known in Ukraine combinators of "dirty" electoral technologies. Shuvalov also made friends with the late Russian businessman Maxim Kurochkin, who had not only business but also political interests in Ukraine. At the request of Max Besheny (nickname Kurochkin) in 2006, Shuvalov was engaged in the election campaign of the Vitrenko Bloc. And Kurochkin's most political project in Ukraine was the Russian Club, which was opened in Kyiv on the eve of the 2004 presidential elections and in which Russian political technologists (including Shuvalov) forged Yanukovych's victory.

Yanukovych is 100% supported by the Kremlin? Or is he just wishful thinking?

Russia can be reproached for anything, but not for the lack of a clear course of observance of the national interest. What Yanukovych proposes fits into this framework. Therefore, he enjoys support not even as a person, but as a politician, as the embodiment of certain positions.

How does he pay for this support?

Non-bloc status of Ukraine. Is it a secret? Plus - the harmony of the socio-cultural space ... The rest is decided at the business level.

Thoughtfully he said: “Elections in Ukraine are a completely unpredictable thing, until the last moment you don’t know who will have what result.”

At that time, Yatsenyuk could not have imagined that two years later his Popular Front party would become a sensation in the 2014 early parliamentary elections. With a starting rating of 6% in September, his political force will receive the highest result on party lists - 22% of the vote.

These figures are the merit of not only Yatsenyuk, but also political technologists, creatives, and speechwriters.

The current election campaign was the shortest in the history of Ukraine - only 57 days. Ukrayinska Pravda found out that during this time, American, Israeli and Russian political technologists managed to work in the headquarters of the six political forces that entered the Rada. Below are the details of each political force.

"Block of Petro Poroshenko", the result of 21.82% of the vote

Political technologists: Igor Hryniv, Oleg Medvedev

Petro Poroshenko in the early parliamentary elections, he worked with the same political technologists as during the presidential campaign.

The chief political strategist of the headquarters was the current deputy head of the presidential administration, Igor Hryniv.

For the presidential campaign, he came up with the idea of one-round elections and the slogan "To live in a new way." For the parliamentary - the slogan "Hour єdnatisya".

He also came up with the idea not to place the faces of potential people's deputies on the billboards and the style of the campaign - red and white colors like those of the Batkivshchyna.

At the headquarters, Hryniv's work was dissatisfied with the results of the parliamentary elections.

It is he who is blamed for the low result of the BPP. In particular, for the inexpressive slogan and the lack of a clear message to a potential voter.

In addition to Hryniv, Poroshenko also works with Oleg Medvedev, who has been a political strategist for a long time. Tymoshenko, and later Arseniy Yatsenyuk, when he headed the political council of the Batkivshchyna.

Medvedev was also partly involved in campaign strategy, situational political consulting, and writing speeches for Poroshenko.

"People's Front", the result of 22.14% of the vote

Political technologists: Victoria Syumar, Sergei Gaidai
    Victoria Syumar
    Sergei Gaidai
In the "Popular Front" their election campaign is considered successful.

The main success, which was monetized in votes, was provided by the message "we choose the prime minister."

A similar technique was used by Yulia Tymoshenko during the 2007 election campaign.

Information theses of the campaign were handled by the head of the information department of the party, the former deputy secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Victoria Syumar.

It was Syumar who came up with the idea of the slogan of the "People's Front" "A strong team for folding watches."

Every morning, a creative group gathered at Yatsenyuk's party headquarters under the leadership of Syumar to come up with new messages for the campaign.

"We had a unique positioning, no one repeated our colors. The Petro Poroshenko Bloc and Yulia Tymoshenko's Batkivshchyna practically coincided. In addition, unlike us, not a single political force showed its candidacy for the post of head of government to voters," a source in Arseniy Yatsenyuk's headquarters tells Ukrayinska Pravda.

Sergei Gaidai, a political strategist and owner of the Gaidai.com agency, also worked on Yatsenyuk's parliamentary campaign and designed the logo for the party. Gaidai was in charge of party newspapers, booklets and big boards.

"Samopomich", the result of 10.97% of the vote

    Political strategists: Oleg Berezyuk

Andrei Sadovyi has always denied that his political force uses the services of political technologists. This is not so - in the current parliamentary elections, Samopomich was advised by Oleg Berezyuk, who has been working with Sadov for more than 10 years.

On the website of the political force, Berezyuk is called an expert in the medical, managerial, communication, psychological, social and educational fields.

Ukrainska Pravda's interlocutors say that Berezyuk also provides Sadovoy with the services of a psychologist.

Comes to mysticism. There is a popular legend among Lviv journalists that it was Berezyuk who once advised Sadovoy to put a carafe of water in front of him during city council meetings.

The mayor of Lviv never drinks this water. This is done allegedly so that the water collects the negative, which is sent to Sadovoy by the deputies sitting in the hall.

In the fall of 2005, after a crushing defeat Viktor Yanukovych in the presidential elections Rinat Akhmetov hired a team of American technologists for the Party of Regions, led by lobbyist Paul Manafort.

The goal is to prepare the deputy corps of the Party of Regions for the early parliamentary elections of 2006-2007.

Manafort later advised Viktor Yanukovych as Prime Minister of Ukraine.

The US Department of Justice website still contains a 2008 agreement between Davis Manafort & Freeman, Inc. and the Party of Regions.

For a monthly fee of $35,000, Manafort's company was supposed to promote the image of Prime Minister Yanukovych as a reformer and effective manager.

Manafort continued his work in Ukraine even now, but already in the Opposition Bloc party. This was reported by the interlocutors of "Ukrainska Pravda" from among the former regionals.

Borys Kolesnikov only laughed enigmatically when asked by a Ukrayinska Pravda correspondent about Manafort's participation in the Opposition Bloc campaign. "Let's just say that we used the services of the best Ukrainian and foreign specialists," he said and began to praise Manafort: "He is a brilliant political strategist who campaigned for Gerald Ford himself" (40th US President).

"Manafort is an evil genius. A talented and absolutely unprincipled person," one of the Ukrainian political strategists characterizes Manafort.

According to one of the sources of Ukrainska Pravda, it was Manafort who came up with the idea of the Opposition Bloc's main election video that the Ukrainian authorities had signed a secret agreement with the IMF, which would negatively affect the social security of people.

One of the leaders of the "Opposition Bloc" Yuriy Pavlenko confirms that the unexpectedly high result of his political strength was provided by political technologists. "Our campaign can be studied at universities, as an example of the amazing work of political technologists," he boasted at headquarters on election night.

In addition to Manafort, Igor Shuvalov, a longtime Russian consultant for Sergei Levochkin, who was in charge of information policy, worked on the Opposition Bloc campaign.

"Batkivshchyna", the result of 5.68% of the vote

Political strategists: Tal Zilberstein, Alexander Abdullin, Igor Zhdanov

After the early presidential elections, Yulia Tymoshenko did not change political technologists.

The Israeli political strategist Tal Zilbershtein was involved in the parliamentary campaign of Batkivshchyna.

There is a popular anecdote among Ukrainian political strategists that it was Zilberstein who sent Tymoshenko with a babette haircut, which was actively discussed, to the air of one of the Ukrainian TV channels a few days before the presidential elections.

Before "Fatherland" Zilbershtein advised Viktor Pilipishin, who worked as the head of the Shevchenkovsky district of Kyiv.

Among his star clients are US President Bill Clinton and Israeli President Ehud Olmert.

Despite the impressive track record, the attitude towards Zilberstein in the circles of political technologists is ambiguous.

"Is this really a campaign? At least one thought among voters about why Tymoshenko is going to the deputies?" One of the Ukrainian political technologists is indignant.

For the parliamentary campaign, it was Zilberstein who proposed the idea of Tymoshenko and her team appearing in public in white shirts, as well as the idea of "pioneer lines", when part of the team stood behind Tymoshenko. This technique was used in the visual campaign.

In addition to Zilberstein, trusted personnel worked with Tymoshenko - Alexander Abdullin, who is responsible for interaction with the media, as well as Igor Zhdanov, president of the Open Policy analytical center, who led the party headquarters during the 2014 presidential campaign.

Information appeared in some media that during the election campaign, Tymoshenko was advised by Russian political strategist Alexei Sitnikov. He really met with the leader of the "Batkivshchyna" in February of this year, but the parties did not agree on cooperation.

"Radical Party of Oleg Lyashko", the result of 7.44% of the vote

    Political strategists: Igor Popov
    Igor Popov
Almost all of their political technologists Oleg Lyashko put on the list. The political scientist and part-time number six on the list, Igor Popov, who developed the ideology, worked on the election campaign of the Radical Party.

During the presidency Viktor Yushchenko he worked as one of the deputy heads of the presidential administration, was one of the leaders of the United Center party.

Some media wrote that Lyashko's campaign was handled by Sergey Levochkin's full-time political strategist - Igor Shuvalov. Lyashko denied these rumors. According to him, the campaign was led by his longtime assistant Andrei Lozovy, who can generate "non-standard ideas" for Lyashko's party.

Also working on the Lyashko campaign was the director of the Analytical Center "Politics" Nikolay Davidyuk and other party members-radicals - Valery Vashchevsky, Mark Gres, Igor Moseychuk. The original of this material

Hryniv came up with the idea of renaming the Solidarity party into the Petro Poroshenko Bloc. Since July 2014, he has been the Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Petro Poroshenko. In the last presidential election at Poroshenko's headquarters, Igor Hryniv led a group of political technologists, including being responsible for working with the media. Then Poroshenko's technologists managed to effectively spread the rumor that Putin was interested in Tymoshenko's victory. The technology of elections in one round also worked perfectly.

Hryniv - three times people's deputy - I, IV and VII convocations. In the last two convocations, he represented Our Ukraine and Batkivshchyna.

In the 1990s, he was a member of the Reform and Order party, led the election campaign in several majoritarian districts. Igor Shuvalov. Leads the Radical Party[...]. TV advertising spending in the first 18 days of the election was $0.6 million and $1.5 million, respectively.

According to LIGABusinessInform sources, this well-known Russian specialist, working with Sergei Levochkin, contracted to lead to the Rada at the same time fragments of the Party of Regions, henchmen and partners of the fugitive Yanukovych in the form of the Opposition Bloc, as well as the young radical party of Oleg Lyashko. In the Lyashko project, Shuvalov is engaged in campaign strategy, and the immediate leaders of the headquarters of the Radical Party of Lyashko are today headed by the infamous ex-leader of the PORA party and a friend of ski instructors - Vladislav Kaskiv. His aides decline to comment on this information.

[112.ua, 23.10.2014, "Lyashko refuted information about Igor Shuvalov running his campaign": Igor Shuvalov does not campaign for Oleg Lyashko in the elections to the Rada. About it Lyashko himself said on his Facebook. “By order of opponents,” the Ukrainian “media is spreading blatant lies, allegedly my campaign is being led by the Kremlin political strategist Igor Shuvalov, who in 2004 “divided” Ukrainians into three classes. This is an absolute lie, since I don’t even know Shuvalov. I don’t need to hire corrupt political technologists,” Lyashko said. He added that members of his team are leading the campaign of the Radical Party: "I myself, Andrei Lozovoy, Valery Voshchevsky, Mark Gres, Igor Mosiychuk, Igor Popov, Nikolai Davidyuk and others. And don't believe lies. They pour mud on us because they are afraid," said Oleg Lyashko, leader of the Radical Party. This team also worked in the presidential elections, where Oleg Lyashko took third place. - Inset K.ru]

Shuvalov began his activity as a political consultant with cooperation with Viktor Pinchuk in 1998 in the parliamentary elections, when the businessman ran for the majority district in Dnepropetrovsk under Pavel Lazarenko. Then, from 2002 to 2004, Viktor Medvedchuk was among his clients. At one time, President Leonid Kuchma signed a decree by which Shuvalov became a citizen of Ukraine. Under President Viktor Yushchenko, the decree was canceled.

At the end of the rule of Viktor Yanukovych, for a sudden and short period of objectivity of the Inter TV channel, where Shuvalov worked, they tried to ban him from entering the country. Then the new authorities tried to do the same. The issue was hushed up with the help of Lyovochkin, who in the first case had not yet managed to leave the office on Bankova Street, and in the second case, it seems that he found an approach to the SBU (it was the special service that tried to ban entry).

In Ukraine, political technologist Igor Shuvalov is usually associated with censorship, fake media discussions and imaginary meanings (flag, language, west-east, etc.), information special operations of Bankova during the time of Sergey Lyovochkin's work there. Shuvalov has been cooperating with one of the architects of the Yanukovych government for many years.

    Sergei Gaidai
Sergei Gaidai. People's Front[...]. The cost of TV advertising in the first 18 days of the campaign is about $3.3 million.

Gaidai's portfolio includes work in the election campaigns of Viktor Yushchenko (in 2002 - in the elections to the Verkhovna Rada, in 2004 - to the presidency), Anatoly Kinakh (in 2004 - to the presidency), Russian oppositionist Irina Khakamada (in 2003 - to the State Duma), Petro Poroshenko, Nikolai Katerynchuk and other candidates for people's deputies of Ukraine (in 2002).

In 2006, he was involved in the election campaign of the Civil Assets of Kyiv project (project leader - Oleksandr Pabat. Gaidai has full patronage of the project - from idea to implementation). SAC, being a virtual party, entered the legislative body of the capital. In the same year, he worked with candidates for the mayors of Cherkasy and Kirovograd.

In 2008, he led Katerinchuk to the mayor of Kyiv, and his block of the same name - to the Kiev City Council. Katerinchuk did not become mayor, the bloc passed to the City Council. In 2013, Katerynchuk launched an active mayoral campaign in Kyiv, however, in his own words, "then the Maidan began and life changed in general."

Alexander Abdullin. Batkivshchyna[...]. The cost of TV advertising in the first 18 days of the campaign is about $2.3 million.

Abdullin is a longtime collaborator and creative team Timoshenko in the past - a journalist. Cooperates with Tymoshenko since 2005. Prior to that, he managed to visit different parties and work with various groups - from the SDPU (o) to the former head of the State Administration of Affairs, "Kuchma's supply manager" and the first head of Naftogaz, Igor Bakai. For a long time, the entire creative of Tymoshenko's advertising campaigns was developed by the creative group "Abdullin-Ukolov-Bagraev". He took part in the formation of the list of Batkivshchyna in 2012. Four times People's Deputy of Ukraine. Three times - in the team of Tymoshenko, but for the first time - in the III convocation from the Democratic Union party. Also actively involved in the pre-election work of the Timoshenko-2014 team is the 10th number of their list, political scientist Igor Zhdanov, known as the president of the Open Politics analytical center. An active participant in the Maidan and a party functionary of Our Ukraine in the past.

There is also information that Aleksey Sitnikov, a Russian political strategist, doctor of psychological sciences, doctor of economic sciences, professor, is helping Batkivshchyna in the pre-election efforts. Master of Business Administration (MBA). Certified NLP Trainer. In 1999 he founded the first in Russia department of political consulting and electoral technologies. Takes part in elections from Mongolia to the Baltics. In the PR industry since 1989 as the founder and head of the Image-Contact agency. According to LIGABusinessInform sources, he has been cooperating with Tymoshenko since 2007. Which in itself is not easy - Yulia Vladimirovna often does not heed the advice of specialists, preferring to make strategic decisions on her own. So, for example, the idea of Nadezhda Savchenko being the leader in the list of Batkivshchyna-2014 is her personal and, according to the headquarters, not the best idea. The headquarters of the Batkivshchyna deny cooperation with Sitnikov.

    Andrey Sadovy
Andrew Sadovy. Samopomich[...]. The cost of TV advertising in the first 18 days of the campaign is about $0.4 million.

The total budget of the project is estimated by specialists at $150 million. The garden technologist is his own. In the case of Samopomichі, this is an absolute author's project of the mayor of Lviv, successfully supported by his family media empire, which includes TV channel 24, the zaxid.net website, Lux-FM radio, a share in Shuster Studio and other resources. Sadovy, as a talented executive producer with experience in media management, developed the project, involved popular people in it, and was able to get money to implement his plan.

"Personally, Sadovy needs Samopomich for the future - today he cannot afford to leave Lviv, but after 2-3 political seasons, with the successful existence of the Samopomich project and with strong media support, which is not a problem for him, Sadovy expects to grow into a powerful national leader," said an interlocutor of LIGABusinessInform from among political technologists.

Nicholas Gastello. Strong Ukraine[...]. The cost of TV advertising in the first 18 days of the campaign is about $1.2 million.

According to LIGABusinessInform sources, Gastello was imposed on the leader of Strong Ukraine Serhiy Tigipko as a chief political consultant, as an offer that cannot be refused. Moreover, Gastello had already cooperated with Tigipko during the 2010 presidential elections, in which, we recall, the latter still looked fresh and not corrupt, took the third final place after Viktor Yanukovych and Yulia Tymoshenko. Together with a technologist from the Russian Federation, Russian money also entered the Tigipko-2014 project.

It is difficult to say whether Gastello acts alone or is supervised by some headquarters from Moscow, but on the whole, experts positively assess Gastello's current work, given the client's reputation, which was practically destroyed by cowardice and conciliation during the repressions and murders on the Maidan. "The campaign is not stupid, not annoying. It is professionally aimed exactly at the necessary environment - at the confused electorate of the southeast," colleagues say.

According to other sources, Gastello is not the main technologist and think tank of the Strong Ukraine-2014 campaign, cooperating with the Tigipko team in certain areas of work. In particular, in the production of video advertising. In 2012, Mykola Gastello advised Natalia Korolevskaya's project "Ukraine-Forward!" and, despite the impressive budget, it all ended in a rather comical result. [...]
