Head north

Never sleep with your head to the north and your feet to the south. This position brings scary dreams and sleep disturbances. A person in this body position in a dream will feel unhappy, irritability, disappointment and emotional instability will appear. A person may lose 50% of his willpower and his soul power will not increase during such a dream. The person's physical and mental health will suffer.
